I wanna check the riveter adapter, how to disassemble and install it?

It comes assembled. Its easy to disassemble by twisting. Before using, be sure that all connections are tight or the stem of the rivet will become stuck inside.

Can I use an Impact Driver with this?

Yes, this is for use with an electric drill

will this work on stainless steel rivets?

Yes it will. This is by far the best riveted I have had. I even like it better than my pneumatic riveters.
