Much better than traditional underarm crutches. These weigh less, but are sturdy. I found them to be comfortable, easy to use and am so pleased with the purchase!!! Great product!!!

My brother recently purchased the Forearm Crutches for Adults, and we’ve been really impressed with them! The adjustable design ensures a perfect fit, and the open cuff provides great comfort and support. They’re lightweight, sturdy, and easy to maneuver, making them ideal for daily use. Quick delivery, easy to size to my height, light weight, sturdy, and sooooo much better and easier to use than traditional crutches. I'm glad I made the switch...no more sore underarms!

These are comfortable, and a good value. They are however a bit difficult to adjust the height. The telescoping crutches adjust in and out and are held in place with plastic snap rings that must be removed and replaced for adjustments. I had difficulty doing this and the first time I tried, the ring unexpectantly went flying across the room. Be careful to put your hand on the backside while pushing the clip off with the other ,or just aim it at the couch. Thankfully I didn't break anything or hurt anyone on my first attempt.

I like the part at the elbow that supports your arm, plus I bought the zippered cover for the elbow part (paired with this listing) which has a Velcro strap. That addition makes it so much easier to let go of the grip so I can do something with my hands, and the crutches don’t fall over. I bought the set of two (an option when I purchased) rather than just one, and am very glad I did because I use only one inside the house but when I take my daily half hour walk outside it really is easier to walk (and less energy draining) using two. I am feeling some progress with healing with my knee because A. The crutches make it so I can continue my daily walks, and keeping moving is necessary for my type of knee joint issue, and B. This helps reduce the load on my bad knee which is also beneficial.Note: These are not the type of crutches that allow you to not put your foot on the ground at all (or maybe I’m too uncoordinated for that), but these are something you use when you want to start putting some weight on your leg/ankle/knee but need some help. These have been a remarkable game changer for me! These and glucosamine chondroitin capsules, that is!

Excellent constitution, no sharp edges ,foam grips solid, easy to adjust. Made in Spain.

Highly recommend. Ordered for my husband bc of a knee surgery. These support him well and he feels are more comfortable than under the arm crutches. Also as he has progressed in his recovery, he finds using just one as a cane(opposite side of injured knee) works very well.

When I received the initial order one of the forearm crutches had been badly bent during shipping. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and received a replacement set THE NEXT DAY. Amazon Customer Service also arranged for the damaged pair to be picked up by UPS and returned.These forearm crutches are a quality product. Easy to adjust the height. Very sturdy. I weigh 200 pounds and they easily support my weight as I use them to walk. The hand grips and forearm cuffs are comfortable allowing for extended use. I chose the black and silver color option. They are aesthetically pleasant to look at. The reflectors on the back of the cuffs and end of the hand grips will enhance my safety by allowing me to be more visible in low light conditions.
