My wife is a tea snob and only buys a very specific brand of loose leaf tea for brewing iced tea. I needed a tea infuser that wouldn’t let the contents leak out while also being big enough to brew an entire gallon of tea on a daily basis. This has worked so well after a year and a half of daily use so far. I would definitely buy another if needed.

I use this to steep the black tea for my Kombucha. Works wonderful and holds 6 tablespoons worth. Only negative was the clap holding the parts together was just a tiny bit open so the top fell off once. Needle nose pliers fixed it right up.

This tea ball works great making a large pot of my new tea. My new tea has large leaves so this is a great size to make my tea now.

I find this much easier to use and clean than a cloth bag for making tea for kombucha. It’s quite big that I can make enough tea for two gallons of kombucha at once. Happy with purchase. I imagine this would be great for spices and herbs in cooking for soups such as Pho as well. I don’t expect this to last forever, the material does feel a bit flimsy but for the price I am happy. I recommend.

I found out we don't get the benefit of polyphenols in tea if we use paper tea bags/filters, so, I got this for making my pitchers of iced tea (or iced coffee/cold brew) so they maintain their polyphenol content. Use it frequently & very happy with purchase! I use 8 Tbs of tea leaves or coffee grounds & fit is no concern. I wash in dishwasher & never any issues. The clasp feels delicate but I am gentle with it (no reason not to be) & no issues. Highly recommend!

I was shocked by how cheap the quality of this infuser is. It is marketed as stainless steel, but it actually started rusting after only one week of use. That is completely unacceptable for a product meant to sit in hot water. I returned it immediately. Do not waste your money on this; it’s a health hazard and poorly made.

Works well for making tea two gallons at a time. If you vove lots of home brewed ice tea, this is for you.

This is fantastic for bone broth so I don't have to strain out the herbs and I can easily empty and refill with fresh herbs halfway through the 24 hour simmer. This is for a very large stock pot.

This tea ball is a good quality. I purchased it to put botanicals in -- flowers , herbs etc for my bath water instead of leaves and petals washing down the drain. Even though I got out the tape measure to visualize the size it's larger than I expected and I'm happy with that as it will hold a lot. Instead of cheese cloth for a bouquet garni this would be very useful as well due to the large size.
