Product has changed
I have been buying this for years. I have had some containers arrive without the seals in place and leaking powder. I recently received one that would not dissolve and felt like plastic balls. Not just grainy but almost like tiny tapioca or something. Not good at all. I attempted to reach out to the company and they have ignored me. I recommend you buy something else as this product is expensive and you never know what you are getting

Good tasting if you mix it with other fiber
I use this to make the flavor of higher fiber powders more palatable. No funny aftertaste, and there are worse sweeteners than sucralose.

Great taste, made intelligently, but watch the citric acid.
Tastes great. Can be sprinkled on low carb jello or not so ripe fruit to enhance flavor. The tartening agent, citric acid, is supposed to leach minerals from tooth enamel (it's a natural part of intermediary metabolism but in large concentrations serves as a chelator for divalent cations). Fiber not noticeable. I like it.
