Perfect roulade tray
Love the silicone tray as it makes removing the cake so much easier! A breeze to clean and store too. Feels good quality and, whilst I didn’t do so, they suggest using the mat to roll the roulade which is a nice idea. Very happy with my purchase - and my family are loving the roulades too!

Great for making Swiss roll type sponges
I've used the mat on two occasions to make a sponge to roll up for two types of Swiss roll. The mat copped fine with being put in the oven at 180C and the sponges came out uniform and of a thickness that rolled well. Really indispensable tool if you want to make good Swiss rolls / cake yule logs. Easy to clean and store.

Très bon tapis de cuisson pour la pâtisserie maison comme professionnelle. La surface microperforée permet une cuisson bien homogène avec des fonds croustillants, notamment pour les éclairs, choux, tartes ou biscuits. Le silicone est de très bonne qualité, antiadhésif et facile à nettoyer. Le tapis reste bien en place sur la plaque et supporte parfaitement les hautes températures. Un accessoire pratique et durable qui améliore vraiment le résultat des cuissons.

Tapis microperforé de très bonne qualité, idéal pour une cuisson uniforme des pâtes sablées, feuilletées, et les choux. Rien n’accroche, facile à nettoyer et bien plus efficace qu’un papier cuisson classique. Un vrai indispensable dans ma cuisine.
