These are ok, they get the job done but not a fan. I like my straw to be sturdy and able to push down in my cup full of ice. If you drink ice water this straw just bends on the ice when trying to push it down, that makes me a tad crazy. My you g daughters like them but they also bite them because they are soft.

I bought because trying to drink more water and I noticed I drink a lot more water when I use a straw. I was using disposable ones but they were too short for most of my insulated cups and I like big insulated cups so they don't sweat. They seem like the perfect length a little long just like I like them and flexible but don't fall over. I had another silicone one ( it's in one of the pictures,its gray) but it was really fat and it didn't fit in all my cups. I do not think these will be good for smoothies unless you had a perfectly smooth chunks would get stuck but for ice tea and water for me is perfect. I put a picture with one of these straws next to my old reusable one and a disposable ones you could see the difference in size. I would totally buy again. I like that it came with a cleaning brush. Not sure why 2. I wish it was a tad longer because you have to use in on both ends to clean rather than pass through. I normally skip the brushes on straws and put in dishwasher so probably wont matter.

These straws have several pros and cons. I like that they are soft because that makes them better for kids, they don't seem as dangerous as rigid plastic straws for babies who are learning how to use straws for the first time. The same flexibility annoys me when I am trying to push the straw down into my drink, though, because it just bends when it hits an ice cube and will not go down. I like that the straws are pretty long, but the soft material can be easily cut for smaller or kids cups. If these are in fact food safe and BPA free like they claim to be, these are wonderful straws for kids. Personally I prefer stainless steel straws, but I would not recommend those for children. These are a great alternative. I also really like the included brushes for easy cleaning.

After reading about the big problems caused by disposable plastic drinking straws, I ordered some silicone straws. I really like them. They work well, are durable, and are soft enough not to cause injury. I just run them in the dishwasher silverware basket to clean them. Although they come with little brushes for cleaning, I haven't needed to use them yet. If food got stuck inside, the brushes would be handy. These are quite long, but I suppose if that's a problem, you could cut them with scissors. In fact, if I had small children, I might try cutting one in half to make two short straws. I had also ordered some wider silicone straws, but I prefer the narrower width of these for regular drinks. The wider straws would be better for milkshakes and smoothies.

I bought these to replace straws in a snack/drink cup that we already had. Needed something extra long but also a little narrower than traditional Yeti style straw sizes. I also really liked that they included the straw cleaners. I love that they are silicone because they put up with a lot of chewing on long road trips.

Awesome straws! I have reusable Dunkin Donuts mugs and I'm tired of using throw away straws. These straws are reuseable, can be cleaned quickly and efficiently, and do not keep the flavor of the item in them. The cleaning instruments that come with it are great also. Highly recommend!

These nice straws seem even more brightly colored than the picture in the ad! Their texture is a little less soft or floppy than some I've tried, so when traveling, it's easy to get the straw to my mouth. Smooth ends, and the brushes in the package have covered tips which prevent scratches. I intend to get some in other sizes, for our shorter travel mugs. Easy to keep clean.

If you are looking for silicone straws that are the same size as "normal" straws these are the ones you want. They are perfect. We use them daily and they are holding up super well. The cleaning brushes do a great job getting inside them.All in all 5 stars all the way!
