Can you buy replacement inserts? If not, this is so wasteful. The unit comes apart and you could replace just the insert if they are available.

We were just looking for replacements as well. I do not see them available. It is ridiculous that Arm & Hammer would not sell the refill pads with indicator strips. At least the plastic frame it had was a #5 recyclable material. But I will not buy any more until they market a refill

Could I remove the suction cup and use a command strip instead? Is the area flat on the back for command strips?

Would this absorb essential oils for use as an air fresher?

Good question. Baking Soda designed to absorb and eliminate odors. Therefore, it wouldn’t work as an air freshener.
