Installs well in 10.5 and likely all versions
Installs well, works well. Respects Apple's rules pretty well, no problems running it on a non-admin account. No glitches, good performance in an older 10.5 machine (G5), usual encyclopedia content. An excellent value for the money.

This is hardly able to claim itself as an encyclopedia... Many times I go to look something up and find it is not covered...Also- the political correctness has completely made this useless for real information. No statistics on such politically incorrect topics as abortion, etc.... Next time I'll get Britanica, or another well-established name.

Works on a Mac. Very nice interface.
Very smooth interface and easy to browse for our kids. Flawless on our Macbook. Comes with one year of free updates. One of the things I like best is thatthe DVD does not have to remain in the drive for this program to work. Nice product for the price. Good electronic replacemtn for thse classic World Book Encycolpedias that used to hang around in our house. Highly recommended.

Not very sophisticated....
"Professor Google" is more useful than this... waste of money. Hard to beat the traditional bound books. Do not recommend it.
