This is not pure white… more of a cream white. I guess if you’re not comparing it to something that is a true white you’d see it as white. I purchased the almond one and found the color to be darker than pictured. I’ll be buying more of the white (cream white) in different styles as I like this color best. Good quality cup. The paint has an ever so slight texture that makes it feel higher quality.

Bought this as a tea cup for work. Not happy about returning to the office, but this cup makes it better. :-)Seriously, it's beautiful, holds a nice amount of liquid, has good weight to it, not too light or heavy. Great insulation if you care about that, when the lid is on.I have multiple Simple Modern cups, and this is my favorite. They are a dependable brand for durability and overall aesthetics for travel cups.

I love Simple Modern! They make such nice tumblers, water bottles, etc. Beautiful color choices, great quality, excellent price. This is my 4th style purchase and I really want to love it as much as the others. The color is beautiful, it does it’s job of keeping my coffee warm while this busy mama forgets about it all morning. However, the top is a bit annoying! It’s hard to thread, and it won’t line up with the handle for easy drinking. I have the Trek 40 ounce and it’s so simple to line up the straw with a quarter turn. Please fix this top and it would be a 5 star mug!

I like to enjoy my coffee slowly in the morning while getting ready for the day. I was tired of my normal stoneware mugs letting it get too cold too quickly and having to give it a quick zap in the microwave. This keeps my drink hot with the lid on and I can flip the cover closed over the drinking hole when I set the mug down. With the lid securely fastened and the cover closed, it is basically spillproof too. Love that it is dishwasher safe as well. Will probably be buying a few more!

I tried this mug as a cheaper alternative to buying a yeti or brumate, and it’s been great! I love the screw on lid, so it won’t accidentally pop off if it falls over in my car (the shape won’t fit in my cup holder). Most importantly, it keeps my coffee steaming hot!

I love the screw on top, this top is easier to clean than some of my others. It keeps my drink hot or cold (depending on what I'm drinking) I have a habit of setting my drink down and coming back to it later because I am very busy. This is perfect, and I love the color.

Leak proof. Keeps coffee hot for about 3 hours. Stays HOT for my 30 minute commute and at least 2 hours after I arrive at work. Great buy.

This is my fourth purchase from s/m and I love this brand. As long as you use the lid, it keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. If I drink my coffee with the lid off, it stays hot for 20+ minutes depending on if I drink it black or add milk. The mug is super easy to clean. The lid is clear plastic, so while it's easy to clean, it starts to stain like any other plastic if you drink black coffee or black tea often.

Have not used this actual cup yet but have been buying them for a few years and they are great.

This mug is very pretty, solid and big. I bought two, the Mystic Forest and the Sage green. The lids seem solid and it seals tightly. However, when the lid is screwed on, the drinking spout does not line up where you would normally drink. It ends up off centered, so you would have to drink from the side! No matter where I start to twist the lid onto the mug’s threads, it always ends up off centered. In the product photos, the spout is centered, but on my TWO MUGS neither will thread properly. It’s as if product control was asleep here. Some mugs are centered, mine are not. It’s the way the threads are lined up. I’m returning both mugs as neither will line up. I cannot imagine trying to line up the lids when it’s full of hot coffee. Very disappointed in this product, which seems solidly made. Except for the wonky threads in the lid and mug.

I enjoy having this as an option for morning coffee when taking out the dogs in the morning w the dogs. One negative is that it’s not as thermal as a Yeti as the walls are thinner. Still recommend as it does retain temperature to some degree and its really pretty. Exactly matches the colour of the lake!

We have many cups at home. Got this for my wife. Shes not using any other cup than this. Its very handy. Contacted this company for assistance. Excellent customer service and they truly care about customers. Recommended this product to anyone who likes quality stainless steel cups

I wanted to love this mug so much. It was the perfect size, insulated, I used it multiple times a day for about 2 months and now the small black piece that closes the opening will not stay on and comes off each time I open it. Another minor annoyance was the lid often took multiple tries to screw on before sealing properly, but I was able to live with that.
