Atlantis classic machine I bought 2 month ago,and it has been using very easy different ratio of powder and water installation is easy working fine coffe will be hot forever value for money I am also happy with the product thank you Amazon for this product

Try to taste the tea/coffee from this machine before buying it.
I bought the Atlantis Classic 2 two weeks ago, and it has been a huge disappointment. I regret investing 15k in this useless box. Here are the main issues: Temperature: The tea and coffee are consistently cold when dispensed. It defeats the purpose of a hot beverage machine. Taste: The premix ratio seems off; it tastes way too sugary and artificial. Comparison: My office coffee machine tastes far better than this. Service: Customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive when I tried to address these issues. Honestly, save your money. You are better off learning how to make your own tea or coffee on a stove than buying this machine.

Check for Service in your city before purchase.
After 10 days of Use, Quality :Machine is Nice quality is good, plastic material is of good quality. It's quite easy to operate. Taste: Taste of tea/coffee depends on proper blending of water & powder.and also quality of premix used. Installation: No installation available at my location, although it is mentioned as brand installation No installation was done, when complaint with brand i received a call saying Installation is not available in my city .Don't know what will happen in case of any warranty.

Atlantis is well known for water dispenser. I have bought 2 water dispensrr by Atlantis and have no issue and been using for 6-7 years now. Now this coffee machine also I hope it last and will not create any issue just like water dispenser. My main concern is that water is dripping from the nozzle and i still need to find a solution for it. Besides that no issue so far.
