If you are an apprentice automotive/aircraft mechanic or liscenced mechanic in either field, I would highly recommend this kit. I myself do aircraft maintenance and tool control is extremely important! So this coming in pre-shadowed foam with the size rachet/adapters/sockets is absolutley helpful! The ratchets are rather sturdy and have held up rather well considering I have put them through hell and back. The sockets are very well made, I've never had an issue with any of them slipping or rounding out bolt heads. The adapters are also surprisingly tough! I broke one of my adapters trying to get an aft trunnion nut off a CRJ and put well over 300 ft lbs of force on it a few times before it broke. I attached it to a 24 inch 3/4" breaker bar and literally hung on it. I weigh 205 pounds and that thing held every bit of my weight. Needles to say I was impressed with them lol. This kit is also infinitely cheaper than snap-on tools and have rather similar qualities. Definitely worth the purchase.

I am in love with Gearwrench products! I have used Snap-On for decades but have decided that for my RV and home workshop tools, Gearwrench far exceeds my expectations and offers fantastic quality at an affordable price. Everything they have made that I have purchased is really excellent.

Typical Gear Wrench brand. They are GREAT! No explanation needed. Highly recommend. The foam holder is spot on.

This set was a gift, so I didn't get to use them. But they felt very solid and heavy, with a very smooth operation. Really looks like a quality set and the packaging is so nice to keep it organized in the tool box.

Excellent item, the range of socket sizes are way above most other socket sets. 90 tooth ratchets are much better than the standard 70 tooth range, but not as good as the 100+ tooth in other sets. You get 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch ratchets and adapters, extensions and universal joints. The only reason I gave it a 4 star review is because it is 90 tooth and it didn't have a case. Fits nicely in a standard tool drawer though.

Same decent quality gear wrench product. Good foam holder keeping things in place and the ability to do a quick inventory.

You know... its pricey because of the slick Foam trays... but still, sometimes you have to just get what you want!

It’s a good solid ratchet set. Been using them for heavy equipment jobs and so far they are holding up well. I will say that the chrome finish has already stripped off one of them
