Can't hear the other person clearly?

Turn on call audio on your mobile phone and activate Bluetooth pairing mode. When the red and blue lights are flashing, press and hold the volume up button and the multifunction button simultaneously for 6 seconds to reconnect.

1. Make sure the headphones are flashing red and blue. 2. They must be within Bluetooth range (15 m). 3. First, unpair Bluetooth on your mobile phone, turn Bluetooth off, then turn it back on and search for "LC-B45".

Due to interference from the messaging app's network and poor signal quality, try moving to a different location and restarting the headphones.

Can't answer or hang up calls?

The Microsoft app doesn't support incoming calls or hanging up calls over the network; it only supports incoming calls to mobile phone numbers.
