Hydroponic 60mm/40mm 2 pack Bonsai micro tip pruning shears (Stainless Steel) by Yieldcropper

My wife and I have been using these for just over a month now in our vegetable garden. These shears fit nicely in both out hands. They have been great for harvesting herbs and trimming dead growth from other plants. They have provided nice clean cuts and have helped in reviving plants that we weren't sure were going to make it. The 2 different sizes have been great for use in different sized areas of work or the size of the plant your working with. My only complaint is the smaller pair have become loose and won't stay closed if carried by one side of the handle, but this has in no way compromised its performance.

Surprising comfort and quality! I needed comfortable scissors to put the final touches on my Mushroom Trees so I bought these. I’ve always used regular old scissors and after about 15 minutes, my hand and joints would start to ache, putting a strain on my fun! :( When I finished my trees, I realized that 30-40 minutes had gone by and I didn’t have any hand/joint pain! When I first saw them out of the box, I thought, “well these don’t look so special.” I’m glad I gave them a try! So sharp and even cut through the tiny stems and branches like butter. Very pleased :)

Being an avid horticulturist & a designer that appreciates quality tools I found these scissors to be of excellent quality. I keep a pair in my tool bag & at hand in the garden. I’m always in search of tools that fit a specific need & these scissors fit the bill. Excellent in precision or surgical clipping, comfortable & durable. The only thing regrettable is that the grips are pretty hard to see if you put them down and walk off so I would recommend either a good habit of keeping them close or marking them with a bright colors tape so they can be recovered easily.

These are nice shears for harvesting herbs and veggies. The handles are a bit small, so I'm glad I don't have a hand any bigger than a woman's medium. Hopefully, they will hold up well over time. I have an old pair that look just like the small ones (but with metal handles) that belonged to my grandmother. Those must be 50 years old. These don't look like they are made to last quite that long, but they look sturdy.

I accidentally bought 2 packs (instead of 2 pairs). I ended up liking the first so much that I just kept them both and gave one of the sets as a gift. Very sharp blades that are also very slim so as to get into tight places easily, and there is a nice rubbery texture to the inner grip that helps to keep a precise hold when making cuts at tricky angles.The best feature to me is the very slight overbite of the blade tips, which is perfect for the designed purpose.

I acquired a new hobby this Corono virus pandemic and began a new hobby of Bonsai plants. I am getting all of my tools together bit by bit. I used regular scissors to start out but ordered these and love how nice and sharp and pointy they are. Would recomment.

I read about these type of large loop scissors on some growing forums. I was using the spring loaded trimming scissors. After 4 hours of trimming, my fingers are not cramping like they were after hours of trimming with the spring loaded ones.
