Seems good haven't used it though. Lovely color (remove the laminated plastic) and light weight. Medium size is perfect for me to lift or carry with fully packed large size would be too heavy. (depends on your size actually) There's a little scratch(green one) but just minor so i didn't return it. But had to return the pink one for there's a damaged on top. (can see on the picture/video) Loving it at the moment will know the true color of this product only after use. Hope this last long.

Horrible customer service
This bag is disgusting. Zip is not in working condition. Created return requests for 3 times and no one came to pick it up. Amazon forced me to keep this broken suitcase without refunding the money as they are the worst e commerce site in India with worst customer care service. Never ever recommend this worthless product.

Lightweight while also durable
This is a nice bag with enough space for a 10 day to 2 week trip. You would check this bag. Too big for carry-on to be put in overhead. Lightweight and smooth wheeled while using and durable enough to survive checked bag handling.

Easy to use luggage
Very cute and easy to use! The color also sticks out at the airport. It was a value for money as a set. Also it rolls easily with the four wheels. The locking ability also made me feel more secure
