Functionality and sturdy. Great product
After assembling and using this rack for weeks, I'm sharing my detailed review of Fobule's 48” Wall Mounted Clothes Rack – comparing it to Songmics Industrial Pipe Clothing Rack.*Pros:*1. *Sturdy industrial design*: Black iron pipes exude chic, urban feel – perfect for loft or modern homes.2. *Easy installation*: Clear instructions, wall anchors included – straightforward 30-minute setup.3. *Ample hanging space*: 48” wide rack accommodates plenty of garments – coats, dresses, shirts.4. *Adjustable height*: Customize bar position to fit various ceiling heights or preferences.5. *Affordable price*: Beats Songmics rack by $15 while offering similar quality.*Cons:*1. *Pipe scratches easily*: Handle black iron pipes carefully during assembly to avoid marks.2. *Wall anchors limited strength*: Heavy garment loads or intense tug might dislodge rack – cautious use advised.3. *No shelf for folded items*: Unlike Songmics rack, Fobule lacks additional storage for shoes, bags, or accessories.*Likes:** Industrial chic design* Easy installation process* Ample hanging space* Adjustable height feature*Dislikes:** Pipe scratches easily* Wall anchors limited strength* No shelf for folded items*Comparison to Songmics:*Both offer industrial pipe designs, easy installation, and ample hanging space. Songmics adds a shelf for folded items but costs more ($15 extra) and has slightly thinner pipes – Fobule wins on price and pipe sturdiness.*Rating:* 4.2/5*Recommendation:* Ideal for modern homes seeking functional, stylish garment storage – handle pipes carefully during assembly.

Excellent, probably want to secure to an accent board
It seems like most of the negative reviews are because the rack doesn't anchor to the wall with enough strength. It's doubtful that you will find studs on both sides so this is possible. I'm not a huge fan of drywall anchors. We added an accent board, painted it to match the trim and then secured the rack to the accent board. We also added some hooks as well for laundry that doesn't go on a hanger. If you do not have a miter saw for the accent board cuts, just go to a hardware store and they will cut one for you. Make sure the board is a little longer than the rack. The measurements are on the product page. For instance, we purchased the 54" rack which has a hanging bar length of 48.7". Make sure you account for the mounting circles which have a radius of 1.65" and then you'll want a couple more inches on each side.If the hardware store cuts it, they just make one, 90 degree cut. The board won't cover the entire wall and wrap around like we did but it will look like it matches the hanging rack. We chose 8x6 pine boards. The width is actually 5.5" on a board like this but enough to nicely accent the rack. The circular anchors on the rack are 3.3" so you want the mounting board to cover them and then some. You'll want the mounting board to be long enough along the wall to secure to at least two studs. We mounted it to three because we purchased the 54" rack. Use painters tape, mark off the studs and go from there. We also assembled the rack before mounting to really tighten down the pipe and square up the ends. We measured the rack against the mounting board (on the floor after it was painted) and marked off the holes with a pencil. Secured the board to the wall, drilled the pilot holes where we marked off the holes, and then the secured rack to the board.

Connect to studs
I love this little rack. We were able to build out and open concept closet with these. That said make sure you don’t use anchors and actually mount it on a stud. We used anchors that far exceeded the weight capacity and these still ripped a hole in our wall

I bought 2 and 1 broke at the threads
We got 2 of these for drying equipment. One of them broke at the threads without me putting a tool on them. I installed the other. They are cheap so I'm going to see what happens but this seems to be a defect in just the one component. But replacement individual components seem unavailable. I don't want to scrap the whole thing but it's worthless without the part and a different size from what's available at a local hardware store.Edit: The seller reached out when I left a 2 Star review. They offered to refund both or ship 2 replacements even though only 1 broke. I have no problems with the one good one so I said it wasn't necessary to refund both, they did anyway. They claim to be making a change to the manufacturing to prevent this in the future.

Sturdy hanging bar
Easy to assemble, great quality, and adds a touch of style to our laundry room. The anchors didn’t align with the stud locations so we added a wood board for better support.

BEST EVER! LOOKS NICE MOUNTED -CORRECTLY--READ THIS!
BEEN KISSING FROGS--LOOKING FOR A PRINCE. THIS IS THE PRINCE. YOU WILL LOVE THIS ONE AND IT JUST NEEDS TO BE SET SIDEWAYS ON THE FLOOR -- MASH IT DOWN--AND IT WILL GO ON RIGHT WITH A LEVEL ON THE TOP. DON'T USE THE LITTLE SPREADERS--THEY ALWAYS PULL OUT OF SHEETROCK!TO GET IT STRAIGHT USE A LEVEL AND MARK SPOTS ON A 1X6 ONCE THAT BOARD IS MOUNTED- ON THE WALL-- FOR A SOLID PLAQUE MOUNT ATTACHED TO STUDS WITH LONGER DRYWALL SCREWS. WE ROUTED A 1X8 AND CUT IT 4 INCHES LONGER AND MOUNTED THAT TO STUDS. IT IS ROCK SOLID NOW AFTER PAINTING IT ALL THE WALL COLOR. EASY ROCK SOLID MOUNT, IT ROCKS. THE LONGER FLAT BOARD LETS YOU FIND STUDS AND ONCE ATTACHED YOU CAN HANG ON IT. WITH THE LITTLE PROVIDED SPREADERS--YOU WILL HEAR THE CRASH WHEN IT FALLS OFF THE WALL!!! DO IT RIGHT!GOOD LUCK--REMEMBER TO LAY IT DOWN --FLAT AND MASH IT DOWN WITH FORCE TO GET IT ALL STRAIGHT TO ORIENT IT TO A LEVEL POSTURE ONCE ASSEMBLED. OTHERWISE IT WILL COME OUT LOW ON ONE SIDE IF YOU DON'T TAKE THIS STEP TO KEEP IT LEVEL- ONCE UPRIGHT AND MOUNTED.GOOD LUCK. AMAZON ROCKS !!!
