Perfect for CarPlay and charging
I bought this adapter so I could connect my iPhone 17 to my car for charging and wired CarPlay. It worked right out of the box with no issues. The connection is reliable, charging is fast, and CarPlay works just as it should. If your car has a USB-A port and your phone uses USB-C, this is a great, affordable solution.

These USB to USB-C adapters work very well
These work. Inexpensive but they work fine and allow the use of old USB cables with newer laptops with only USB-C ports. A life saver because Who wants more cables? Not me.

Apple Car Play does not work with this Adapter
It works but not for Apple Car Play in cars.... When plugging up an Apple charging card to this adapter, while this adapter is plugged in my car, my Apple Car Play does not work. So, I had to buy a Beats charging cord, that is type C to USB, then plug this Beats charging cord directly into my car, to get my Apple Car Play to successfully work. I am still using this adapter in my car, so my passengers in my car can charge their cell phones, and I can charge accessories.
