Pretty happy with it
Was looking for something portable to take with me to work and while traveling .had a similar one when i was a kid . The 110 pound one seemed a little weak at first but after a couple days and a couple hundred reps i am happy with it . The wide grip is good for holding as long as i can and the narrow grip is great for busting out 25 reps . It works different muscle groups than just using dumbells . I will get the 160 pound one next, definitely recommend.

Great equipment!
Power twister is badass! This is no joke. Had several over the years going back to the seventies. The Python is just as tough as the old ones but handles might be a little more comfortable. Just two requests. The loops on the ends need to be bigger/ longer. Some exercises are impossible to use the loops effectively. Also, would love to see a brief, detailed addition of more exercises. You need to warm up wrists and shoulders before using. This is a workout for sure. Can’t figure out how to engage triceps with this but still a great tool!

Works better than I anticipated.
Actually gives pecs/forearms a decent amount of stress. If undecided which spring weight to get, slightly lighter can always work, too heavy won't work!

Weak, a little dangerous, but durable and usable.
I got this after the hydraulic one I bought turned out to leak fluid until it no longer worked. I bought the strongest one, but it definitely doesn't offer 80-160 lbs of resistance, because I can easily curl it at the most choked-up grip position (max resistance) with one arm, which would mean I was curling 160 lbs, which I know I can't do one-armed even once, let alone multiple times with little effort. It can't just be that I got the medium-strength one by mistake, either, because I can't curl 110 lbs that easily, either. I can't even curl 80 lbs, the lowest this version is supposed to go, that easily. It feels like about 30-50 lbs resistance (or possibly less) depending on grip, which is lower than the 30-80 lbs claimed by the weakest version. Also, if you bend it farther than the angle shown in the pictures, which I thought might be what I was supposed to do to get the full resistance, it doesn't quite straighten out all the way until you reverse it and bend it back. You can't use the wrist straps with any grip but the farthest out, and instead of putting a hole or loop there so you can attach a longer lanyard, the straps are tucked inside the plastic grip and basically can't be replaced, so you either settle for the weakest resistance or risk smashing something or someone if your grip slips. Considering that the safety warnings say not to use it without the straps, which is probably good advice, that makes even claiming it has multiple levels of resistance kind of false advertising. I'll probably end up looping a second strap through the straps to lengthen them, but that really shouldn't be necessary. All that said, it's better than a hydraulic one that leaks everywhere and eventually stops working entirely, and I can use it at my desk without overloading my office chair that's only rated to 250 lbs, which is what would happen if I used actual weights.
