Great product.
This is a great product. Works especially well in combination with the Vitamin Shoppes Miracle Fiber. The two in combination are great for assistance in loosing weight. The Miracle Fiber slows the absorption of sugar and other things and the Magnesium cleans you out. Take it at night before bed. Do not drink this product and get to far away from the bathroom if you use more than three spoons full. Been using this product for about two months now and feel so much better. Vitamin Shoppes have great product that in deed improve you health. There employees are knowledgeable. I really can't say that about GNC or their products.

I have recommended to students and colleagues alike
I use this product during 2 main times in life - when I am having a rough time focusing (ADHD here) & when I am having problems sleeping. I am personally a fan of the flavor, but would caution others who are not a fan of tartness that you may need to ease into it (use a little less of the powder than suggested, build your way up). I have recommended to students and colleagues alike, all of whom also enjoy it!

NOT Magnesium Citrate
Very misleading product. Claims to be similar to "calm" but the pictures do not show the ingredients. The product is NOT magnesium citrate and will not have the same absorption nor effects on the body. Feel that the sellers are trying to sell a product under false pretenses.

Calming
The flavor is mild and if you let it rest a few minutes the fizz goes away. Which makes drinking easier. I got this for my teen who has trouble falling asleep. This helps a lot.

Dirty containter
I'm not certain this container had not been open although the seal seemed intact. The bottle was dirty. I can't give a good comment.

Tastes good and calms you down. Tried another brand. Didn't taste good, and I spent the next day in the bathroom!

I have been using Calm by Vitamin Shop for several years as directed by my doctor. It takes Reg sane as the name brand Calm for less money and is beneficial for my health.
