I initially was skeptical about ordering these on Amazon but I was really pleasantly surprised. These turned out to be exactly what I wanted and really well priced. Within 24 hours of placing the order with Amazon I had an email from the manufacturer confirming the materials and dimensions. They help correct the width between the valance width and blind fabric width. Ie the fabric width is less than the overall width which is based on the valance and fittings . These were dispatched by Fedex about 3 days later and I had them a week later. Better service than anything I could have bought from a US based blind web site where average delivery was 3-4 weeks after order. Installation was clear and easy and the blinds look really fabulous. I really like the way the manufacturer kept me informed directly of dispatch, delivery date and everything and how quickly and smoothly this all went.

The blind is very elegantly designed, easy to install and works well.There’s no charging information in the instructions other than:“The charging motor need to be charged every three months.” There’s a notation in the package that the motor battery needs to be fully charged for 6 hours before installation. A red LED lights up on the motor bezel while charging, then goes out when fully charged. After a full charge, if the charger is plugged into an outlet and the cable is plugged back into the motor, the LED light does not come back on to indicate charging has begun. I assumed the battery needs to be discharged to a certain level before the charge cycle is allowed to begin again. There’s also no indication as to whether the charger and cable can be left plugged into the motor and powered during use, so I left the cable plugged into the motor for this installation, but chose not to plug in the charger block again until the battery needs charging.The remote’s programming instructions need to be re-written so they make better sense in English. The Mandarin-to-English translation is choppy, vague and has the typical typos and grammatical errors.The mounting bracket receptacle on the motor end of the blind is a very tight fit in a few of the available indexed positions. Using a small amount of silicone grease on the male portion of the bracket before insertion will help to ensure that it inserts into the motor’s receptacle completely.Overall I was very impressed with the blind, and most importantly, the senior customer that I purchased and installed this blind for was happy as well.

I bought two to try with the solar panels and they were amazing. Decided to do the whole first floor of my house and ordered another eight, for a total of 10. They are incredibly easy to install if you’ve ever installed blinds before. Got them with the smart wifi and they work flawlessly with the remote and app. I have programmed all blinds to open in the morning and close at sunset. It is such a game changer.I had a motor die within a few months. Reached out to customer service and they immediately sent me a new one no questions asked.Product 10/10Customer service 10/10

These blinds work well once installed. The instructions that are included with the custom length don't match the actual blinds. The instructions look to be for a non-motorized version. It's fairly easy to figure out though, the blinds came with two mounting brackets, one has a square end for the motor slot on the right end, and the other has a metal ring that the left roller end goes in. There is a spare roller attachment included but no info what that is for. I'm guessing it is in case you remove the motor and use it as a manual blind. But you can't do that as the mounting bracket for the motor side is different. One thing to note is that the remote control requires a CR2032 battery and the blinds only operate with the remote, so you will need to buy that battery before you can use them. The blinds I bought are the outside mount style and they aren't completely black out as they mount about 1/2" away from the wall, so you get some light around the edges. We just added some blackout curtains over the blind and that works great.

Wonderful product. Made to my exact measurements and Super easy to install!! I’m using my shade as a room divider and she shade works perfectly. I’ve had it for two weeks with daily up/down use and haven’t needed to recharge yet. Would love to figure out how to hook up to one of my hubs but we’re an Apple HomeKit fam so it mig be not be possible. Remote works fine however so not a deal breaker.

We ordered two blinds for the living room and three for the dining room. The blinds did not come with instructions. I contacted the seller for the instructions, which were in incredibly small font (and I am under 50 years old). After about two hours of trying, the written instructions and video did not work for programming the blinds. The product description says you can program multiple blinds one change on the (six) channel remote. Nope, that did not work. As we programmed one blind in the living room, two blinds in the dining room responded and the living room one would not respond. One blind will not respond at all to the programming. In the end, we have one blind that is programmed and works as we would like out of five blinds.Also, the video and instructions show a slightly different remote. I have the Alexa Studio and it does not recognize the blinds.And the kicker, the seller will not accept returns.Bottom line, be leery of the product. The idea is good. The price is good, but the product does not work as intended. The product claims are more than the actual results. The customer service is lacking.Update: Since the review went live, the seller is contacting my husband on WhatsApp to offer technical assistance. I am not sure how they found him in WhatsApp. The problem is the time difference (contacting me at 2:30am) and there is a language barrier.

The motorized shades are great addition to our living room. Completely block the sunlight and keep our house cool in the summer.They also have great customer service. We had some installation issue and they are very helpful on WhatsApp. Very quick too!
