Good product. These works well in this 2700 sq ft home. One in the living room, bedroom, kitchen and downstairs office. With my husband's office is in the basement, these work better than me yelling at him that dinner is done down the basement stairs. Speaking directly into them works the best but we can hear each other no matter the small distance from the counsel. Easy to set up and use!

Had my son set it up and no issues. It was very easy. The instructions were pretty clear. The sound is also very clear. It's a great upgrade to our previous intercom. Highly recommended.

I purchased a set of four of these. So four devices in total in the four pack. The reason I purchased them. Was due to elderly parents living in a duplex next-door to mine. I wanted to offer them easy communication. Without having to pick up the phone so that they have the comfort of knowing I was always in hand. I have these for a year and I’m going to end up throwing them away. Although the duplex the units are only about 20 feet apart having any intelligible conversation is impossible. We used to try yelling, hoping that the other person would hear. But it got to the point of ridiculous, I wouldn’t these to anyone under any circumstance what you’re actually looking for is an intercom system. , I wouldn’t these to anyone under any circumstance what you’re actually looking for is a intercom system. They simply don’t work. You can’t understand anybody from either end of the conversation. They are wonderful if you’re looking for a gift, but if you’re looking for a truly functional that will work at least 20-40 feet you’re looking in the wrong direction. Even in those ranges, don’t look for clear intelligible conversation that’s not going to happen. Just my experience but take into consideration. These are junk.

These are a good design with good range. One star off because the pack of three came with one power cord missing. However, customer service shipped a replacement in much less time than the original imported order.
