Stopped charging. Updated.
I loved the idea of this product. I got the pink one and I loved the look and the color. It holds onto my vent fine and holds my phone nicely (without a case on) but the wireless charging just stopped after 1 use. The holder itself still works and has power but the wireless charging, which is why I bought the product, just stopped. Very disappointing.EDIT:I also purchased the black model and am having the same issue. Stopped wireless charging after one use.UPDATE:The company reached out to me and offered a replacement for both products at no cost. It came very quickly and so far the new ones work perfectly. Customer service was very nice.

Second time ive purchased
I love this charger....when it works. First it gets super hot when charging. Next where it open and closes to hold your phone stopped working first. Then it quits charging all together. My phone also falls out frequently and has gotten more annoying than anything. I love the design and concept, but this has major flaws. Dont waste your money.

Super cute!!
Love it! No issues at all works amazing for me and the color pink is cute!!! Definitely an upgrade from my old one also it never falls down and holds my phone great and no issues with the charger! Although it takes forever to charge my phone it still charges it as long as it’s plugged in. I love that it doesn’t have to be plugged in to open and close and you can use it as just a mount or plug it in and use it as both a mount and a charger!

It’s okay but it could be better
This charger was working great until like 2 days ago it just stopped charging all together. No matter what I did the charging just stopped. The thing opens and closes but I’m pretty disappointed it lasted less than a year. It’s such a pretty color but in the long run, it doesn’t last. Going to have to find a replacement bc I travel a lot and I need my phone to charge while I’m using the GPS.

Anything link I’ll love but overall the installation was easy, it fit right in my vents with ease the quality is good other then the charging port being a little loose which does make the performance a little difficult other then that everything is great

Beautiful, but…
I purchased this item because it was pink and it said it was designed for my 2024 Hyundai Palisade. I tried every which way I could, but the darn thing wouldn’t work. It kept falling off or over when I placed it on the vents. This also made it block my screen.Unfortunately, I had to return it due to it not staying where it should. I’m still on the lookout for the perfect phone holder.
