Great basket
I'm absolutely blown away by the quality of this banneton basket, especially at just $12. From the very first use, my sourdough loaves came out with that gorgeous spiral pattern I'd only ever seen at artisan bakeries. The natural rattan feels sturdy and well-crafted, and the included linen liner is a nice bonus that makes cleanup a breeze. I was a little skeptical buying such an affordable proofing basket, but it performs just as well as options costing three times the price. If you're getting into bread baking, this is a no-brainer purchase. I highly recommend!

A sour dough must have
Nice size. Well made. I havenโt used used it for my sour dough bread. Coated a little rice flour and the dough doesnโt stick. Love it

Too small for a large loaf but otherwise great
Iโm still getting the hang of using it, but it seems well made and does what itโs supposed to. My only problem is that I tried to make too large a loaf in it, and it was a total mess trying to get the dough out after rising. I probably lost about a cup of dough that I simply couldnโt get out of it (didnโt flour enough of the surface area).

A quality basket for your dough
A well made and well priced basket. It's smooth, sturdy and light. The liner feels like a thick cotton or linen and fits the basket perfectly. I have yet to use the liner bc I love the design the rattan coils make on the bread but one an tell the material is of good quality. With an easy prep and a dusting of rice flour, your boule loaf will be beautiful. A good banneton basket is a must for anyone who wants to bake sourdough bread! This is a great basket!

Good
Might not be the best quality, but it gets the job done. Good quality for the price you pay and seems to hold up well after about 5 loaves so far

Great Banneton just what I wanted very good quality.
This is a good quality Banneton, I do not use the liner I want the pattern in the basket just remember to push rice flour into the basket a few times then it wont stick. I can save the liner for later if I want no pattern, perfect!

Perfect for Sourdough
A perfect basket for using with my sourdough recipes. Well constructed and I really like the liner. A wonderful addition to my equipment for baking all things sourdough.

A great little banetton
This is a handy size for proving small loaves. An 8 inch/20cm loaf is ideal for a small household. Most proving baskets are much bigger than this. It seems to prevent the dough getting too wet which was a problem I had with my loaves. The bread keeps its shape better and bakes into a nicely domed loaf with faint ribbing. I dusted the liner with rice flour which I knocked out afterwards. The dough doesn't stick and there's no sign of damp or mould which I've had with other baskets.
