Why it does not say decaf on the box?

it does in the ingredients but also it says Dek cremoso so the word Dek is the italien for decaf . its very smooth lovely coffee not too strong. hope this helps

Are these pods compatible with Dolce gusto machines

No these capsules are only compatible with Lavazza A Modo Mio machines

Have these pods changed recently? For the last 2 orders , these capsules appear to be colder and produce a lot less.

These Dek Cremoso are my favourite Lavazza pods and I have not noticed any change, but I will say that my Lavazza Desea machine doesn't produce terribly hot coffee at the best of times, even on the maximum-heat setting. If 1 is stone cold and 10 is nuclear, the Desea's maximum-heat output is about 5 or 6. The normal-heat setting is a waste of time; the coffee is stone cold before you get to the bottom of the cup.
