I am very pleasantly surprised by these bookshelves! They are definitely cheap and not of high quality, but for what it is, it’s good. Super easy to put together and it even includes a little nail holder to make sure you’re nailing in the right place and don’t blow out the sides. The screws have the tips cut so you can only go into the holes they started, which also helps not to blow out the sides. I bought 3 to put in my new house and was going to use them temporarily until my husband can build nice built in bookshelves, but now he’s thinking he’ll just use these as his base to make the built ins. Overall a great value for the cost!!

This was the perfect bookshelf for a spare bedroom to house books and other keepsake items on. It was extremely easy to assemble but was missing the covers for the sides that cover up the screws. That was sad, but nothing that caused a big issue. It was the perfect size for the space that I needed it to fit into. It's very sturdy and the quality appears to be really high. I would definitely purchase this item again.

Got three of these to turn the 2nd bedroom closet into a little library. The shelves arrived slightly damaged (seen in pictures). It wasn't detrimental but it does show the lack of care in handling/packing. The foam they use to pack it also gets EVERYWHERE: your mouth, face, floors, and some little bits even get stuck in the drill holes or between panels. I recommend wiping down the pieces with a wet wipe while unpacking to mitigate the static stickiness of the foam, but it's still a total mess. The sticker labels also leave a residue and we're an absolute pain to scrape off. You'd think they'd be easy to remove since no one wants little white circles with letters all over their furniture but no, they got the gorilla grip on em. This was INCREDIBLY easy to put together. If you have general IKEA experience with assembling your own furniture this piece is an absolute breeze. Just make sure the pretty sides are facing the right direction. It says two people to put together, but I put it together by myself just fine. Also is WAY smoother if you have a power drill, as there are drill bit holes in the piece so it slides in like butter and goes way faster with a drill over a traditional screwdriver (but screwdriver would still get it done). Another thing to keep in mind is if you have these sitting on carpet you might want to anchor or bracket them to the wall, as they appeared very easy to topple. I just put some screws in the back corners to anchor it to the wall and now it's a lot more secure. But keep in mind, it may require you to put some small holes in the wall to secure them (especially if you have kids or animals that might get nosy and accidentally push on it and knock it over). Overall, I'm satisfied as these get the job done on a budget, but this is not an investment piece compared to something more solid. I think they're just a tad overpriced for what it is, or thats just how bad inflation's gotten. You can tell the general mass produced cheap quality when it comes out of the box, as the underside of every shelf is ugly plywood pulp type thing, so if anyone looks from underneath it's hideous tbh, but that probably won't be a big deal to me since their in a closet but if this is in a main area of your home I'd reconsider. Easy to assemble, lightweight, looks nice. Arrived quickly.

I've had good experiences with Furinno shelves in the past, but this one was hugely disappointing. Assembly is done entirely with simple wood screws instead of using locking anchors, which makes it terribly difficult to align everything properly without two people. The shelves are screwed into place and are not adjustable. Worst of all, the backing panel must be attached with tiny brad nails that have NO starter holes, and therefore it is impossible to tell if you're lining them up properly. The finished product looks okay, except the seams on the back panel are terribly obvious, and the particle board seems particularly cheap and brittle. (Note that the recommended load for each shelf is a mere 15 pounds, which is NOT a lot of books.) Not to mention that the styrofoam packing sheds small beads EVERYWHERE. Be prepared to vacuum afterward. I got this at a discount, so for that price I would consider this to be average quality. But I would NOT pay the full retail price of $50+. Better options are available in that range.

I needed a couple of small units to go in an office closet to hold supplies. These were reasonably priced, and had a bunch of positive reviews so I gave them a shot. Easy to assemble, even for just 1 person. I used a cordless drill with screwdriver bit on a low torque setting to make it go quicker and out of 40 screws (20 per unit), only one missed the pre-drilled hole and cracked the shelf (at least it was on the bottom so you can't see it). They are not 100% level, so depending on what you are putting on them I might suggest using an anchor strap to keep it from tipping. And let's be honest... it laminated particle board, so it's not going to hold a ton of weight anyways. Keep heavier items on the lowest two shelves (good habit anyway) and you'll be fine. Overall, these are good for the price. They could be a touch over priced at mid-$40, but for a 5 shelf unit (I'm counting the top as well) I am not going to quibble over it.

This was just like the college dorm level item I used to buy and assemble. The back is just a wonky piece of very thin board you nail in to hold it together. This worked for me because I wanted to try a small bookcase in my bedroom renovation. I will most likely replace it when I decide exactly what size and look I need. The assembly was fairly simple if you've done this before. Take one of the long sides and attach each shelf, then attach the other long end piece. Finally add the back. Easy and lightweight enough for a small person to do this solo. It is light enough so that a small woman like me can do this solo. The finished product is not that great. I think it will hold a few books and items I need in the corner of my room but don't breathe too hard. I'd say this is fine if you know what you're getting. I took off one star as it is about the flimsiest bookcase I've ever built.

Flimsy material, smaller than expected and not good quality. Don't waste your money.

Por el precio que pagué en su momento, está genial, para poner cosas POCO PESADAS, porque creo que si pones libros por ejemplo en una balda, lo más seguro es que colapse, no aguanta mucho peso, pero para poner varios objetos no hay ningún problema, si piensas poner libros no llenes las baldas a tope o puede que colapsen, he visto alguna reseña con ese problema y creo que es porque la cargó de demasiado peso. Bastante buena calidad precio, ya que me salió muy barato.
