Big bottle will last for a while, but tablets, hard to swallow.

I've always had weak nails before and my hair has typically been thin and falls out in wads. Since taking this supplement, my nails grow long and strong and my hair is thicker. I highly recommend this inexpensive, high quality supplement.

I usually use another well-known brand, which always keep my hair and nails in good condition, unfortunately I couldn't get hold of them, so took a punt on these.
