I can see a difference in my kids within the first couple of days. I do plan to have their vitamin d levels tested at their next check up just to see how much of a difference it's making but so far, so good. They love the taste, it doesn't smell overly "vitamin-y" and I don't have to fight with them to take this. I'm personally vitamin D deficient and I try to stay on top of it as much as I can and want to do so for my kids and this supplement makes it easy to do. Love that the ingredients are clean, vegan (although we're not vegan) since I prefer supplements without gelatin. Most vitamins target to kids are gummy and therefore we have to pass on those so I ws very happy this was a chewable and doesn't have any form of gelatin in it.

These vitamins are amazing. I can't believe how good they taste and smell, like fresh apples according to my son. I also love the texture of these, as they are not those sticky gummy types. Plus, the size is great, not too big. They are also not that expensive.

I have one of the worlds pickiest kids, our whole family is super tasters. He is extremely picky about what he will and wont eat. He loves this sour apple vitamins!! Great job! They are small enough I’m not worried about choking, dissolve quickly he likes to chew them and I’m just delighted.

We had a big issue with vitamin D before because my son is breastfed, he doesn’t take a bottle, and I don’t really track how much water he drinks. Most vitamin D supplements come in liquid drops that need to be mixed into a drink, and that just didn’t work for us since he never drank a consistent amount. We also tried drops that go directly into the mouth, but that wasn’t very convenient either. My son didn’t like the taste, and constantly washing and looking for the syringe was a hassle. Because of that, we even skipped vitamin D for a while. This vitamin D comes as melty tablets that dissolve in the baby’s mouth. Even though the label says 2 years and up, my son is 15 months old and he really loves them. He always asks for one. They dissolve instantly, which makes them easy and stress-free to give. Thanks to these, we don’t miss a single day of vitamin D anymore, and I’m so, so happy I found them.

Absolutely LOVE these vitamins! My kids are picky eaters, my almost 3 year old has a speech delay, some food textures bother him, and he is overall sensory sensitive. I carry the MTHFR gene mutation (they have not been tested, but most likely inherited) and cut out enriched breads, pastas, and cereals from all of our diet. He will NOT eat gummy vitamins, so finding a replacement for his beloved Flintstones has been tough!! Clean ingredients, sugar free. I tried them myself and they are delicious. My kids said they taste like candy and look forward to taking their vitamins 10/10 recommend
