The fountain is nice and is a good value for the money and would have rated it better. Problem is the pump quite working after less than 10 uses over about 6 weeks. Probably had less than 20 hours on the pump. Not sure if the seller will replace it, but if not, I'll have to go buy a replacement pump.Update: contacted the seller and they have stood behind the product and sending me a pump replacement. Happy customer!!!

The fountain is adorable. Well made, nice water sound, adustable pump to change the flow. Lights look so good. It was smaller than I wanted for my back patio, even though I can't complain because I knew the measurements. But it's so cute I will keep it for another spot, and look for a larger one next year.

The media could not be loaded.  When I saw my best friend’s fountain at his house, I knew I had to have it. I am a huge fountain person and have one in almost every room. I’ve also thrown a ton of junky ones away. This one is hands down the best I’ve ever had.When I first received it, however, the pump was loud and while it didn’t bother me, I realized it was shooting water out of the fountain and causing a mess. I didn’t want to let go of my favorite fountain so I reached out to the seller and asked for a new pump. They sent it to me within days and now it works PERFECT!Thank you for sending the new pump!! I love this fountain! Highly recommend this product and its seller.

The little fountain was just right for my table on the screened porch. The water sound was soothing and a good purchase for the money. Would buy again.

It's a beautiful fountain but it leaks.A little tricky to assemble, but not too bad. The pump has 3 speeds, a low, medium and high. I put it on high first and let it run one afternoon and turned it off at night. The next morning when I went to turn it on, there was a puddle of water all in front and underneath. I decided to turn the speed down and tried it on low, but that barely let the water flow. I set it on medium and it seemed to be ok, left it running for 6 hours and came back to find another puddle. I think the water splashes in the lower pool just enough to run down the front. It is also very difficult to get the pump out to change the speed.EDIT: The leaking is apparently a design flaw. The lowest pool needs to be a bit wider and higher to accommodate the flow from the next pool up. It was splashing over the edge and causing the mess. I added a small rock to breakup the flow and also a small sponge piece to the lower pool to absorb some of the splash. So far it's working well. I am going to put a darker piece of sponge in there so it will blend in better.

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love this fountain. I got it to put in my home office to relax while working. It’s amazing. It sounds so good. Easy to put together. Just a tip, if you can hear a motor pump sound, then just add more water. I could hear mine at first and was thinking mine was broke or it was just too loud for my liking. But, I added some more water and the pump sound went away completely. The instructions say that the pump has to be completely under water to work properly. It’s perfect!!
