D3 soft gels slide down easily
I've been taking 3 of these D3 soft gels daily for over a year on dr's advice to take 3000 iu daily. This is supposedly to work with the additional calcium I take to help strengthen my bones. I have fallen twice on very hard surfaces in the past 10 months with NO BROKEN BONES TO REPORT.

Cheap and works.
On my second bottle, my levels are 20, when they are supposed to be over 100, as long as I take them my bloodwork shows my levels are normal. Great brand and works!

Do your research at a reputable hospital like the Cleveland clinic and/or the Mayo clinic.
From researching D3 it can matter greatly when to take it. Best time is with fatty foods to delay movement and allowing better absorption. One can over do taking too much and cause other problems . Gentle on stomach and is tasteless. The little inconvenience is the tiny size and transparency if you drop one.
