Update: I looked at my original packaging and realized the company extends a one year warranty on their mop and bucket system. Once I reached out to their customer service, and explained what happened, I was asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I chose the latter because i loved this mop before it broke. One day earlier than expected, I received my replacement mop and bucket, and I’m so happy!! What I love: I love that, although when you get a mop you have to basically build you can feel the weakness in the stick but, this stick is sturdy. It doesn’t wobble in the joints. And the metal is firm, not flimsy. I love not having to bend over to wring anything out, and although I used to be biased against anything not a traditional cotton mop head, I don’t miss the random cotton braided stands all over the place after mopping. I love that I’m able to disinfect (most times with bleach) my floor without degrading the mop head. I love how effective it is at actually cleaning my floor without the extra weight of the wet “hair” slinging around behind it. It’s just a less strenuous job, yet still gets the job done. I’m a stickler for a clean floor, so I also love the fact that the mop pads can be swapped out and washed/disinfected as needed. So while one is dirty, I can just use another clean one. I love that the wringer not only extracts water, but also scrapes off any dust and debris that gets stuck to the mop pad. And that even when full, the bucket isn’t super heavy, so even on my floor’s deep cleaning days, I can easily empty my dirty water and refill with clean to mop a second time. The only thing I wish were different was if the dirty water went to a separate chamber, and not back into the clean soapy water. FYI: the lid does pop off and on fairly easily, so you can rinse everything out and off when you’re done. Original: Ironically the mop is sturdy, but the mop head broke at the hinge while I was using it. Before that, I absolutely loved this set, I'm disappointed that it snapped on me. I originally gave it 3 stars, but it’s back to 5 based on everything.

As with any product from Amazon, it's a hit or miss. Mine today, was a hit with me and my home. It's been about a month since I bought this and I still love using it. It's so easy to use, clean and move around with it. It's very convenient for every day use, all over the house. It's much quicker and simpler to use than a standard mop. My mom loved it too as she doesn't have to bend down to wring mops anymore, whenever she does chores involving mopping. I love that you control how much liquid you mop with, with a simple pass through the flat wringer. I love that if I want to give a quick pass on the floor, to keep my bathroom clean, for example, I can do so with ease. I really love it and it's so compact. I rate it overall a 5. The only CON so far, is that the bottom part of the handle, right above the mopping pad, is rusting. Not sure why as I don't keep submerged in liquid at all. I figured it's due to the amount of times used. It's not a big deal for me, but it'd be nice if it didn't do that. Anyway, I highly recommend it. *update So, it wasn't rust on the bottom of the handle, as I initially thought. I guess it was the suds from the cleaners I use.

Once upon a time, I had a sponge mop. I never liked it, but it was as good as anything out there. Then, I saw an ad on Amazon for a spin mop. I bought it, and it was the best thing since an iPhone. It saved time, cleaned better, dried faster, you name it. The only thing I did not like is that when you “spin it,” it would spray droplets of water everywhere. Well, time goes by and the spin mop dies a natural death. I go onto Amazon planning to replace it with something similar, but then I see all these rave reviews for this Bosheng mop and bucket. So, I take a chance … This thing is great! It makes mopping even quicker than a spin mop (about half of the time to do the same space), and it does a better job. It fits in corners, under furniture, and makes no mess. Cleanup of the mop and bucket after you are done is simple. Get it, you won’t regret it. (Hey, I rhyme!)

Purchase in Jan 1026. I would give 5 stars but the mop broke after 6 months of usage. It is compact and great for small spaces. It rinses well. The mop pads are easy to change and reusable. Like the availability of different colors. The bucket is very durable, unfortunate that the mop broke while I was mopping under a dresser.

The disposable units sold in stores don't hold up, have no rinse function, require lots of fussing, and just start spreading dirt around. THIS UNIT has a rinse and dry feature that solves all that. The bucket system is well made and sturdy, it works as advertised. Just like standard mopping, there is a rinse basin (that starts clean and gets dirty as you mop), and a dry (wring out) basin. The rinse and dry function work well in removing dirt from the pad as well as excess water before resuming to mop. As with any mop bucket, you may have to change the water depending on the size of your floor and amount of dirt. (How quickly your rinse water dirties.) Very pleased with this. Heavy duty construction of the bucket, like that the pads are washable, no issues with the handle construction. Engineering is perfect! * I put cleaner (soap) on the floor from a spray bottle and just use hot, clean water in the mop bucket.

This mop is everything that the top reviews are saying. You do have to have the mop pad pulled on laying snug, it cannot have a little gather or bunched up. Nice and tight then you will not have any trouble pushing the mop down into the bucket. It is very easy to use and put together. I love that they provide extra mop pads for you to be able to change them and that it has notches for you to lock them into place. If you want your mop to get all the way wet on the opposite end of the side that is not first down into the bucket, you need to fill the bucket as full as you can. This will get the top of that other side wet too, but it is possible. Also, I put just plain hot water in the side that you are supposed to do the solution in and the solution and water in the ring out/dry side. Mopping floors is gross and really should be changing the pad almost every time that you make a stroke because you are just moving the dirt all around your floor as you are mopping. I saw that there are other versions of this type of bucket done for this very thought offering 3 chambers in the bucket, but the reviews were not great, price was very high, and mop broke. I tried thinking of how I could use this one and make it work to my liking. I put the mop in hot water first, the big side of the bucket, then in the dry/wring out side where i have the solution. This puts the cleaner all over my mop and wrings it out for use. Then when I need to clean and rinse, I push it into the big side with just the water and watch all of the yuck come off and then put it into the dry side that has all of the clean water mixed with the cleaning solution. Comes out so great, love using this mop and love that my kids fight over who gets to mops as well.

Good design, easy to use however something about the mop seems flimsy. It's easy to assemble and there's a lot of plastic parts so I don't expect it to last too long.

I've been wanting this forever and finally decided to order it. Got it today and swept, vacuumed and mopped the whole house! Let me tell you, it got the house so clean! The size to me is perfect. Squeezes behind and around the toilets and flush against the base boards. Goes so flat that I didn't have to move all the sofas and I still got under them with this thing. Washes clean each time. Mop water was so dirty when I went to dump the bucket yet when I rinsed the mop head and rung it out, it was clean and the water ran clear. The insert to the dry side flushes water back into the wash side so you get a clean mop head to run over the floor again so that the floor dries quick. Left no streaks. I am just literally blown away by this mop! Super happy with it. Lightweight. Carry that thing from room to room. Absolutely love this thing. Only wish I'd bought it way sooner! Highly recommend!

Got floorboard and can't be too wet, it would be perfect if the handle can be longer. Tall people find it difficult to mop. Overall very good quality and recommended

My first impressions of the product was good, everything seemed really well-made and solidly built. The instructions are really clear to use and assembling the handle was quick with no issues and felt really solid once it was built. The manufacturer has put a little bit of thought into the construction and how the product will be used. Good Clean water capacity so should last longer before having to change. Loading and rinsing the pad was also really easy with not too much effort only using one hand. The mop head is spring loaded so clips into place make it easy to insert into the bin. The product comes with three pads which attached with Velcro so again easy to take off and replace with no messing around with clips or sleeves, if you’re limited for storage space you can disassemble the mop easily and everything fits in the mop bin, I won’t need too but something to consider space is an issue. Overall was very impressed and would certainly recommend us to family and friends. Time will tell how the product holds up but given the build quality, hopefully it will last awhile.
