It goes by the make and model of the truck

Does this work with the sensor on the tacomas?

Yes. It will come with tss cover.

Is this compatible with the tss sensor?

Yes. Although I had to cut the garnish/cover it came with out and use a factory style garnish/cover to get it to work correctly.

Does this fit the 2023 tacoma?

My truck is 2018, fit was perfect. Not sure if it will fit new models. Install was pretty easy.
