There are steel balls in the hammer?

Yeah, have shock-proof design, no rebound percussion, and more comfortable to use

This dead blow hammer sets have 32oz?

Unfortunately no , they only come in sizes 16 ounce,27 ounce & 45 ounce .

Is there anyone use this to hammer butcher's cleaver to cut beef or chicken bones?

I use this to make frames for stretch canvas, but would definitely work for that too.
