To be completely honest. I am so happy I bought this and it was worth every penny!I started a new job and my company mailed me my work laptop and two 24" monitors.I've been working remotely for 6 years as a Web Designer/Developer... yeah right am I going back to working strictly behind a desk!I rather have the freedom to work wherever: on my couch, bed, standing, outside, in coffee shops, at my kid's swim class, you name it.Hands down the best external monitor there is.The fact that you can just slide the monitor in and out was the selling point for me - it's extremely convenient!!!I've tried 2 different monitors before I found this... LIMINK triple monitor and the Sidetrak 👎Immediately returned both of them the same day they arrived because I didn't think how inconvenient it is to use.LIMINIK and almost ALL triple monitors you see available on Amazon, you literally have to attach and detach each time! You cannot keep it attached and close your laptop.With Sidetrak, you have to twist it, then fold it. I would hate to constantly twist it just to put it away andprotect the screen.So with this one, Deux Max...You simply just slide it in and out! It's just so convenient! Another plus is that the material seems to be very durable. When I first received the LIMINK triple monitors, it was so cheaply made, that I was afraid Deux Max was going to be too... Nope, it's pretty solid!I'll just end it with this... It's the perfect monitor. I honestly have no idea why people are leaving negative reviews about it.

Update July 2ndThe companies support has been working hard to fix the issues I had with the magnetic hold. They have sent replacement parts and made a real effort to resolve the problem. They were even transparent by communicating directly with customers in a video that's posted on YouTube about this issue. If they continue to support the product and their customers, the screen is actually a great product.After some use, I love that it's so thin and portable. I don't notice a major draw on the laptop battery. I love how I can stand it up vertically without additional addons. The henge seems very stiff and sturdy.I also learned that you can adjust the zoom level so that your fonts are more crispy in Mac and Windows display settings. I don't know why at times the zoom level changes or the screen flips in random ways when you reconnect but this looks to be more OS related. I just go into the setting and reset to my preferences.I would recommend this screen but they need to include extra magnets and they should only send the matte black ones as they have a sharper edge which means more surface area to make contact so it holds firmer.===============================================================Original review May 28thThe screen itself is a decent quality. It's not as sharp as my Lenovo Legion 5 screen but it's good enough.The issue is that the screen kept falling off. It never fell off and hit the floor but it slides off the two magnets to the outside edge of which ever side you extend towards. The back edge of my laptop supported it but the screen was crooked. I was nervous the other supporting magnets would disconnect and allow the screen to fall so I can't use it.I'm disappointed since isn't cheap but I'll allow them to send better magnets before returning it.

Bought this Duex Max monitor for my husband to celebrate his first ever fater's day and he loves it. Large 14" display is a nice match with our 15" laptop. One trick we realized is cleaning the laptop lid is very important if decided to mount it with the magnet. first two magnet fell off as we forgot to clean the laptop lid prior to applying the adhesive. So we have to use the spares adhesive that comes with the monitor and reapply it with the magnet mounting template. 2nd trial is already a success and now he is enjoying it like the happy meal. screen quality is good. Wish I read the instruction at the very beginning to save sometime.

My husband needs a dual screen for work but I'm in the middle of a fieldwork assignment and we have a toddler. He had mentioned it was extremely difficult to try and do his job with one screen when he was out with our toddler and said he wanted to look into a 3 screen set up.After multiple hours (days really) of research and knowing these can be extremely pricey, I came across this screen. It was fairly reasonably priced compared to others, and while it was only a second screen and not two more screens, I took a chance and got it for him for Christmas.When I gave it to him I made sure he was aware of any noted issues and possible solutions, but so far he hasn't had any. He said it was exactly what he needed, has zero problems with the magnets and had two other dads he knows (techy guys) ask about it.I'm very pleased with this purchase and he seems to be, too.

I have had this since July 23 and I have used it both at home and on the go. In practice it is a good second monitor which is highly portable. However that's where the benefits stop. I had to have my first one replaced issues with the magnets and now I just looked at my replacement one which I've had for 5 months and the magnets are coming apart. Additionally using their double-sided black stickers on the magnets on the laptop those do not have a firm hold on my laptop. At the end of the day I cannot recommend this and I would recommend looking at other options without the magnets on the back because those will wear overtime.

Though the screen is great and the quality of the screen is fantastic, the magnets don’t hold the screen well. After I removed the magnets, the adhesive damaged my work laptop. If you slightly hit the screen it falls off the magnets. Also it’s so heavy that it makes my laptop fold back. Sadly I need to return it and find something else

Works flawlessly with my MacBook. The setup was smooth and everything worked out of the box mit my Mac and the drivers. That dual screen setup increases my workflow efficiently. The quality is enjoyable.Part-time gaming on the top screen and chatting/streaming or browsing YouTube on the bottom screen.Love it. Looks stylish and is foldable.

Having an extra screen is something that is REALLY hard to go back from after getting used to it.My table PC has several screens and generally when I was using a laptop I felt somewhat crippled, not being able to see everything at the same time. This screen has really saved me for example when you have to write something down and look at the information you are writing from at the same time.If I buy one again, I'll go for the 2-screen option rather than this one. But this will do just great for almost anything you would need.

Flawless. Easy to keep, easy to carry, clear enough, bright enough. Very happy buy. Perfect on a m1/m2 Mac pro 14 inch.

Simple to use, plug in and it works !Install take 10mins even for beginner.Only thing is how can we buy a spare USB cable ?
