It’s a good scale used it just once but found it good.

Compact and lightweight. Accurate and consistent measurements

Amazing literally the best, accurate and the size is amazing

Not precise. Shows a non-zero value even after the weighed object is removed.

I recently purchased the Vitafit 500g Digital Pocket Scale, and it has been an absolute gem for my home curing projects! As someone who takes curing raw meats seriously, precision is critical, and this scale delivers with its impressive 0.01g accuracy up to a 500g capacity. It’s perfect for measuring small quantities of spices, salts, and other curing ingredients with pinpoint precision, ensuring my recipes are spot-on every time. The compact design is a huge plus—it fits easily in my kitchen drawer or even my pocket when I’m working in different spaces. The stainless steel tray (3.1 x 2.7 inches) is just the right size for my needs, and it’s super easy to clean after handling ingredients like curing salts or herbs. The large, blue-backlit LCD display is crystal clear, making it easy to read measurements even in dim lighting, which is great when I’m working in my basement curing setup. I love how user-friendly this scale is. The tare function is a lifesaver for weighing multiple ingredients in the same container, and the six unit options (g, oz, ozt, ct, gn, dwt) give me flexibility if I need to switch measurements. The buttons are responsive and intuitive, and the auto-off feature after 60 seconds helps save battery life, which is a thoughtful touch. It’s also surprisingly durable for such a lightweight device—Vitafit’s 20+ years of expertise really shines through in the build quality.Using this scale for curing meats has made my process so much more reliable. I can confidently measure out precise amounts of nitrates or seasonings, which is crucial for safe and consistent results. It’s also portable enough to take to a friend’s house for collaborative projects. For the price, this scale is an incredible value, offering professional-grade accuracy in a compact, affordable package. I highly recommend the Vitafit 500g Digital Pocket Scale to anyone who needs precision for curing, cooking, or any detailed kitchen work.

As described works great never had a problem with it nice and bright and accurate good value buton the left-hand side it says PW something and that means pennyweight which is not a gram just so you know laugh out loud
