Do your research
Itโs probably good if you are versed in DMX and all of its complexities. As a novice trying to start out it made everything very difficult and from what I could tell completely useless for what I wanted which was to create a light experience. It works in that it controls the light but thatโs where it ends, I returned mine and it looks like what I need is a MaestroDMX which is 20x the price. In the world of lights you get what you pay for I suppose. Mine arrived without instructions and no amount of googling helped me out. All that said, am 50, not great with instructions, and kind of want things to work straight out of the box rather than having to take a masters degree.

Not recommended
Didn't work with my light effect that said it was compatible. Tried 2 consoles with 2 different effect lights, neither worked. Couldn't find any videos on line that showed how to work this particular model. Instructions were limited & appalling. Not recommended

I was able to dim my spotlight with the controller

It failed to work my DMX lights
It might as well have been an empty box. None of the control setting have any effect on the DMX lights connected to it. The instructions tell you very little and offer not solution to the problem. Complete waste of money.
