Bad, unsealed and broken product - very very bad experience
Cap of the bottle is broken and liquid is leaking. The same problem has happened for the second time. For 1st time, it was possible to replace the item. Now the replaced item has the same problem - but now I cannot replace/ return the item and my money is lost.

Makes my hair soft
Was using Head and shoulders for the longest time. Shifted to this and till now I am just loving it. Its gentle on the hair and makes them soft even if I havent oiled my hair the previous night.
