It is easy to watch TV or do other small chores while wearing these but you really should just relax and enjoy a timeout. They are easy to use - you just need to tap the button on the side and they are timed for 3 minutes which is all you need.It could take up to 4 months to see results. I have been using a full face mask with LED red lights for about 2 years now and have seen excellent results. You might want to consider a mask like that for better results since they are about twice the price of these and that would cover your whole face instead of one small area. This set only covers the corners of your eyes. Red light reduces inflammation and promotes blood circulation.

This LED red light is very convenient as it is like wearing a pair of glasses. This particular model is for targeting the wrinkles and lines around your eyes. I own other LED light devices that are for the whole face but that definitely is bulkier to wear. This one is lightweight and easy to wear. Like anything, it is a gradual process and not an overnight thing. I have been using this as a preventative for wrinkles and not a damage reversal so I can't speak on that but the skin around my eyes look great. I have seen little wrinkles crop up on other areas of my face but so far I haven't seen anything around my eyes that is a cause for concern. I personally do this sitting on my favorite armchair, my eyes closed. I don't know enough about LED lights and eyes so I prefer to keep them closed. They do make this easy to use and wear so that you'll want to do this on a daily basis, which means you'll be on the way to positive results much faster. I own a few other Vanity Planet products and have been happy with their stuff. It seems like this technology is now a lot more affordable than they were just a few short years ago.

I like the concept of making skincare as effortless as possible so I appreciate the idea of glasses you can wear for reducing wrinkles and crow's feet. Results are minimal though and I'd recommend closing your eyes while using to minimize eye exposure to red light.

This brand seems to have listened to consumers' comments over red light leaking into eyes and concerns of its possible impacts on vision. They have designed this cute wearable eyewear that has little visors that should shield your eyes from the red light emitted. While this is an ingenious addition, I still find that red light is still able leak through and around it into my eyes. I wish the visor was a little longer and encompassed more of the eye shape than just the outer most sides, and maybe made of silicone or something bendable so we could ensure a snugger fit of the visor.I love that the treatment lasts only 3 mins! It's definitely appealing to have a red light treatment that short and not 20+ mins like my other ones. However I can't help but wonder how effective it is at that length of time...I love love that this is cordless. It's super easy to wear and comfortable.

3 minutes of my time to revive my eyes. Its safe to remove crows feet. I used it after taking a shower, by the time i get dresses, the session is complete.
