Destroyed before it ever arrived
Broken, battered, shattered. I should have checked the return policy before ordering. If I had known destroyed was considered acceptable condition I wouldn't have ordered. Not 1 single Pocky arrived in fewer than 4 pieces.

Poor product presentation
The box was all crumbled and the product inside was just a large clump. It was as if the sticks all got moisture and they stuck against each other. It was a total disappointment and a waste of money. I would not recommend this product !!!!!!!!

Package left in sun.
The Chocolate Banana Pocky sticks probably would have been very good IF the package wasn't left in the sun on the porch as the sticks were melted together. NOTE: We were able to taste 2 sticks (were broken and loose from the melted pack) and they were good.

Tastes disgusting. Overwhelming fake taste

These are horrible. The banana is like perfume. Incredible artificial and doesn’t mesh well with the chocolate. So far strawberry is the best
