I have always been somewhat skeptical of the traditional neck pillows, you know, the bulky ones. All those ever did was push my neck too far forward, especially on planes where the seat doesn’t extended back far enough. What I ABSOLUTELY LOVE about this neck pillow, is that it’s flatter in the back so your neck is not pushed forward so much, has adjustable Velcro to adapt it to your liking, and is ultra soft but yet firm where it needs to be. I bought this particular one for my 7 hr plane ride to Portugal w my husband, and it did not disappoint!! It was absolutely perfect! I slept for 3 solid hours. The gentleman sitting next to me even made a comment as I was deboarding how he never saw someone sleep so soundly on a plane. If you don’t want a pillow that’s flatter in the back of your neck,,they make one where it’s not as flat. However, you can move this neck pillow around to where it’s not flatter in the back of your neck. I felt so snug and secure wearing it, with no more of my head constantly bobbing forward as I am dozing off. The adjustability w the velcro made it so comfortable. It’s now my new travel buddy! I purchased this pillow to take on a long bus trip. It worked pretty well, and I like that it can be twisted into multiple shapes. I removed 1 star for the high price. I can also use it for reading or watching tv at home, and it helps with my neck issues.

I purchased this Bcozzy Neck Brace Pillow as a replacement for an old neck pillow. I travel internationally on long-haul flights several times a year. This pillow is a game changer. It is soft and comfortable yet very supportive. It works well for me whether I am in a window seat or an aisle seat. I can use my Airpods or over the ear noise canceling headphones without interference while using it. The back of the pillow is flat so it does not interfere with resting my head comfortably against the seat back. It wraps up nicely in the storage bag that comes with it. I appreciate that it is machine washable and maintains it fullness and support after washing. The construction and stitching is quite good and I am confident it will provide many years of use.

Excellent quality and adjusts easily for a bigger neck. Easy to use, and very soft fabric. Like that I'm able to wash the whole unit when I want. Easy to stuff in the travel pouch. Great quality. So good, I bought 2! Excited to use on my next long-haul international flight.

I wanted to like this more. It’s soft and easy to use and pack away plus comes with a nice carrying bag with button strap which was very useful on a plane. The issue is, it doesn’t hold your head up like the memory foam pillows. This is more for those people who want a pillow like feel on a plane. You can’t just fall asleep because your head will fall left or right and then wake up with neck cramps. 9hr flight and I didn’t sleep more than 1hr total each way because of neck pain.

Very soft, packs up well. I had a previous Bcozzy that had a different fabric, I like the plush velvet feel of this one. Hold my head nicely for sleeping on a plan

I gave the BCOZZY a four star because it can make your neck a bit warm when using it and it doesn't hold the head completely upright, and that's what I was looking for. I used the BCOZZY on a 13.5 hour flight from California to Turkey. The BCOZZY held my head up almost 90% upright. It is soft and cozy. It made my neck a bit warm because of the way it wraps snug around the neck; however, I acclimate to the warmth and was able to fall asleep. I would buy it again if I needed to.
