Q: What are the diameters of the support rods?

I actually removed mine, so this is just a guess. I'd say the larger one is aprox 1-1.5" across and the small one is aprox .5-1". Just know this pillow is different for different people. My husband loves his, I still get stiff necks and a sore back. We both sleep on our sides normally, so we use the larger end of the pillow. We've tried it with and without the supports. With them was much worse.

Q: Is travel size available? This pillow case has changed my life.

I got the queen size after years of using the regulars which were too small but I don’t think it comes it comes in travel size.

Q: Does it get softer over time with use? It feels ever-so-slightly too firm.

Mine has gotten a little bit softer after a few weeks of use.
