What the best way to adjust EC if its to low and you already mixed all 3 parts together

First, you should not mix the calcium nitrate together with the master blend and magnesium sulfate (EPSON salts) at the same time. Mix the master blend and EPSON salts together and mix the calcium nitrate separately before adding to your nutrient solution. When you mix all 3 together at the same time it binds up the nutrients and they can’t release properly. See if mixing them separately before adding helps.

Can this fertilizer be applied directly to container plants or must it only be used in a hydroponic system?

Container plants will love this. I top dress soil and water in. I also measure it in filtered water to apply. It's very good stuff.
