KK Chrome Barbell Bar 1 inch Weights Lifting Bar With Spin Lock Strength Training For Women And Men Home Gym Exercise Workout.

A relatively cheap and short bar which is ideal as a budget conscious purchase when combined with plaster based weights and a cheaper workout bench where the width of grip is restricted. Decent quality for the money, easily capable of coping with the weigts of up to 40 kg which I train with and very simple to use. Sturdy, competitively priced and does exactly what you purchased it for, Good value

Love this barbell, easy to take weights on and off, good that there are different lengths to choose from.

Does the job however should've got the 5 foot version

Great item at a good price. Very quick delivery too. I bought an ezbar from the company last year which was an also a good experience so felt very confident this would be great too. Thank you 👍

Good solid quality.

excellent

Works perfectly well. good grips. I eventually passed it to a friend and bought a 5ft version, as I needed more space for weights for deadlifts. That's the only downside - the bar has specific area the weights can fit on, and that maxes out at high weights. But a 4ft bar isn't for super heavy weight anyway, that's what 5ft, 6ft and Oly bars are for.

Arrived covered in oil/grease which is proving to be very difficult to remove. Not ideal to have the bar be slippery when you are trying to lift heavy weights! The bar itself seems fine. Could be finished a bit better as the ends are unrefined and jagged.
