We order some BSFL for our Bearded Dragon about once a month or so to supplement his primary cricket diet. He's just growing out of his "baby" stage and still on a protein heavy diet. The BSFL are a great, natural source of calcium which many feeder insects lack. We ordered 250 from Josh's Frogs and our Beardie gobbled them down in a matter of days, he absolutely loved them. All larvae arrived alive and on time. I can't comment on the size of them as I don't have enough experience with BSFL to confidently say the sizes of the larvae are true and accurate but there was at least 250 of them in the container. Yet another perfect delivery from Josh's Frogs.

Josh's Frogs is a very reliable company to work with when it comes to different types of reptile foods and will make good on any issues. My go to for lizard foods.

Exactly as promised
All arrived alive. There seemed to be a variety of ages/sizes in larvae which was perfect for me; my smaller spiders can eat the tiny larvae while my larger jumpers feast on the older ones. They really love any flies that periodically hatch too, and the staggered larvae ages has provided a wonderful long-lasting feeding option. Today is 10/17 and I actually still have a few left! Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

My oopsy! Too small for Leo
My Leo licked two and ignored the rest. Didn't know what to do with them so let them die(?) in fridge. Didn't know if I could dump bedding with larva in wild of Western Shore MD. Do we have Soldier Flys? Lol seemed to all be alive.

I absolutely love Josh’s frogs store. I have not been disappointed yet. These guys were all white and alive when I got them.!! so happy with every purchase. They always come sooner than expected, and I am just so happy. I even went on their website and subscribed to them and looking forward to buying more and more and more. Cricket next. lol I would highly definitely recommend this place for sure.
