This lamp is a treasure. Great designer look at a low price. Hue system really is the best at smart lighting. Packaging that into something that looks like a work of art is another. I got the clear with white ring. In my opinion it looks like sculpture. That light comes from both top and front really makes it useful.

This accent lamp is much more gorgeous and classy than I anticipated. It’s also larger than I expected. It really works well with my other hue lights to create a nice ambiance. Having these lights has been such a mood booster. It transforms the entire atmosphere into something so lovely. I plan to purchase more.

Got this to add to my kitchen. Really love it for a night time light, and anytime I don’t want the copper height ceiling lights on. I have an iPad to control the lights.

I ordered this to replace a cheap nightstand lamp with a shade that could never be cleaned. I live in an apartment that doesn’t have overhead lights. All my lamp bulbs, smart plugs, etc. are Hue, I use an old iPad mounted on the wall as a “switch plate” (Apple Home), everything works fine. I have bedtime scenes that turn on white noise and the lamp, morning routines that gradually turn up the light, lamps that come on when I arrive home, etc. I’m happy with all of it, my only comment would be that they are expensive for how they look. This lamp has some metal, mostly plastic and looks it.My real disappointment is with Amazon/3rd party seller. I received a previously opened used item. If you look at the seller reviews they have 100%. But if you look into the reviews they have many that say a used item was received. Amazon will remove it from the totals and take responsibility for it, but how are they getting so many previously unboxed items to ship out? It’s the principal of the thing, I paid for new, I want new. Undecided whether I will push back on this and reorder until I get a new one.

They’re larger than I expected. But they look amazing. They’re very high-quality. The Phillips app is amazing compared to almost any other brands of lights I’ve used, which usually is horrible. Phillips hues are the best in automated lighting by far.

I’ve had this turned on for almost a year with no issues. Not super bright level but a nice “set the mood” light. Good if you have existing hue

The light is just "Ok." It is bright, and the light changes colors using an app. The larger problem is the Hue box and app itself. Any time there is a power outage, however brief, the odds are not in your favor that any Hue settings will work again and you may have to delete each Hue device on the app and reinstall. This last time my power went out, which is infrequent, it took me over a month to get the Hue box working again, and even now I cannot get this Hue light to work again in the app. The light itself looks great in this image/picture, but looks cheap in person. Looks like cheap plastic in person, and it looks like a different material in the image, meaning it is not worth the price, in my opinion.
