Engineer PZM-58 Urus Mask Cap for PZ-58 Neji-Saurus GT

The cap itself is good quality. More of a stiff rubber material than plastic. It works very well to keep the pz-58 pliers closed while they're in the toolbox or in a roll. The only gripe I have is that this item should just be included with the pz-58 pliers instead of an extra $5. The strong spring keeps the pliers open so far that storing them without this cap becomes very impractical, as they take up quite a bit of extra room without this cap.

Not only will this cap add to the cool factor of your Nejisaurus pliers, but with the jaws capped, they take up less space in your tool bag or box. And yes, they do protect the precision jaws while you're carrying the pliers around. They do have the same "Transformers" style motif molded into them, so they match your pliers exactly. Now that you've got the pliers, grab the matching cap, and complete the experience for yourself, while increasing the cool gadget factor of your toolkit. It's worth mentioning that Engineer tools perform extremely well for the professional on the go, as well as the hobbyist or DIY'er.

Taking 1 star off for cost. Although the cover works as intended, it is very pricey for what you get. I feel it could have been half the price and the company would still make a nice profit….. It does do its job, but if I had to do it over again I don’t know if I could justify the cost.

I have a storage system for my pliers. This cap keeps the pliers closed and allows them to be stored easily. I wish vampliers did this with their spring loaded pliers

Works great at keeping the pliers closed in my tool box. Kinda of feel like they should have been packaged with the pliers (or at least that Amazon's algorithm should have done a better job of putting this on the page with the pliers, I found out about these only after ordering the pliers).

I had to purchase this sleeve separately since it does not come with the pliers it is made for. It works fine, but it's just a bit ridiculous to have to purchase it, when it is made solely for the pliers. Secondly I hope I don't loose it since it's simply a slip on but I guess it's better than nothing. Can't vouch for it's durability yet since I just received it.
