Q: Can I use this mat for induction cooktop?

I am really not sure! It says that it is “Heat Resistant” but not sure how you want to use it on top of the cooktop! I would think it would not keep its flatness (shape)!

Q: Is this bendable enough to use it in a pan to make a mold for epoxy?

Mine was shipped rolled up so that's pretty bendable. I guess it would depend on the size and shape of the intended mold.

Q: Could I paint a message, like a quote on this, that will stay on. Not get rubbed or washed off. Sort of like a sign to hang up ?

Sorry, not 100% sure. If using paint, I would assume it would crack and not stay on. Permanent Marker might be a better option. I clean my firearm’s on them and the residue from the cleaning will wash off pretty easily with goo be gone or most other cleaners. Not confident that the adhesion would be good enough using paints.
