Screen Protector for Apple iPod Nano 6th Generation -3 Pack

I received the screen protectors well in advance of when I originally thought they would arrive. A week and a half, to be exact. The packaging is very minimal, consisting only of a paper parcel. The screen protectors themselves were in absolute perfect condition regardless of the packaging. The protectors themselves are nearly crystal clear, but they have an ever so slightly matte finish that refracts angled light into a rainbow of colors.(as if it was a prism)Personally, I like the effect. It doesn't interfere at all with viewing the screen.The included instructions are essentially useless, as they only say to peel off the covers in order. Each protector has 2 covers, on each side of it. I found that in order for the product to work, you need to have a precision instrument such as tweezers, or else you risk getting finger prints on it. What I did (my first mistake) was randomly pull off one of the covers; the wrong one. This screwed up my first protector. No biggie. I found out that you need to pull both covers off at the same time, and use the tweezers to peel the protector itself from the covers. The side with the red cover is the side you place on the screen. Make sure not to get it dirty or scratch it. This way is a lot easier than following the directions, and you are more able to control how the protector is placed on the Nano's screen.The bubbles that form under the screen protectors are extremely easy to push out, especially if you have a credit card. Once the protectors are fully on the Nano, they're very secure. Though if you need to replace or remove them for any reason, a fingernail easily removes them. (you just have to slide the nail along one side of the screen)Beware of scratching or smudging the sticky side as it's not as durable as the outer side of the protector.Great product, nice quality, amazing price, and fast shipping. This is a great deal- only 63 cents for 3 screen protectors and free shipping! It comes from Hong Kong though, so it takes a little longer to be delivered. If you are looking for the same thing I was- the cheapest cover to protect the touch-screen on your 6th generation iPod nano- then this is for you. The screen is the main part of the machine that you want to protect, and the screen protectors add no bulk. This is important to me, as I like the nano mainly for its tiny size.I read many of the 1-star reviews and a lot of them complain that the protectors are hard to use. They are actually very easy to apply- you just need to read the directions. They're simple directions, too; there is really no reason why anyone would have difficulty. You may get some bubbles while applying the covers, which is a possibility with any screen protectors, but you can push these out with a credit card like it says in the directions. However, I'm not giving the product five stars because I can tell the adhesive on the screen protector isn't the strongest it could be.

I got the Nano for my jogs, hikes and other outdoor activities so I wanted something to protect it from any scratches. This screen was just what I needed.+ Easy application - Just make sure both your hands and the Nano are clean and dry before applying. Do not apply in an area with dust or other airborne enemies. Tips for applying: before removing the backing, center it on the Nano to see how it fits. Then pick a corner to start with, remove the backing, line up the corner and push down firmly to set that corner. Then follow using the entire length of your finger so that you apply evenly and avoid any air pockets. If you find an air bubble, the surface area is so small you can just push the air bubble toward the nearest edge until it has been removed.+ Durable - I've had it for a year and I haven't had to replace the screen protector once. It hasn't even started peeling at the edges like the cell phone protectors do and I use it at least every other day.+ No interference with the screen - it's so smooth I can barely even tell it's applied and Nano has no trouble registering my touch.Bottom line: does exactly what it's intended for and you can't beat the price.

Let's face it, trying to find a great screen protector is like a needle in the haystack. They are hard to put on, even something as small as this one. It's a good thing there are 3 of them because the I used the first one to figure out the best way to put on the second one.I found the best place to put this on your ipod nano is in your bathroom where there is less dust, especially after a nice hot steamy shower. You'll find with this screen protector, even after putting it on perfectly centered, there is always one side that doesn't stay down, it "bubbles" a little on one edge. If you can live with this, then for $1.50 this is a good purchase. It's cheap and does the job.Also, this isn't a matte screen. I didn't want a matte screen so I was happy with this purchase. I'm not picky about my fingerprints especially since this screen is so small!

I noticed that there were mixed reviews for this product, but decided it was worth the risk at under 2 bucks. I am not sure what everyone was having such difficulty with, I found the screen very easy to place on my nano. In essence, the screen protector is sandwiched between two other clear pieces of plastic, which we shall call the, "masks". Each mask has a sticker that clearly tell you who to peel first (bonus-the sticker serves as a little handle to easily peel the mask off). Its as simple as (1) peel mask one off, (2) place that side down onto nano, (3) peel mask number two from top. Done! I got it placed on my first try, and there is only one small air bubble on one corner. I am very happy with this product, but cannot speak to its durability (just placed it this morning). Again, at this price, even if it only lasted a month, it would be worth the price I paid! And the cleaning cloth was a happy bonus.

Good product, but too bad shipping. I got it after two months from the date that I placed the order. Other than that it's did the job and I'm happy for my iPod is protected now.
