I love anything by this author, but Superworm just has a really fun rhythm. My son loves the Superworm chant and memorized it quickly, always reads that part on his own.

The book has the same charming rhymes and illustrations as the other books by Julia Donaldson and Alex Shaffer. My granddaughter, who is almost 2, is obsessed with books by this author (The Gruffalo, the Gruffalo's Child, The Snail and the Whale, The Smeds and the Smoos, Zog and The Flying Doctors). Looks like this is going to be another favorite! She loves to spend time to analyze every page and notice every detail in the pictures.

Great book

We historically love everything Julia Donaldson writes from Stick Man to Zog. Superworm is no different. Story itself is so so but the ease of read and vibrant pictures makes nightly bedtime reading awesome!
