All around great product! Value and Effectivness
Gloomhaven Sleeve set - These are my new go to sleeves. Granted they are not Dragon shield, I am not a sleeve snob like my brother. They get the job done and are a great price. I do not use penny sleeves due to the extra space. I usually use ultra pro - pro fit because the price and snug fit. These Dephia are my new go to since they are cheaper in cost for a similar product. For Gloomhaven they fit nicely with minimal extra space (the only notable extra space was on the mini cards, which had a little extra on the top). No sleeves split during sleeving or playing for the 12 hours we have invested thus far. They shuffle nicely and were easy to insert. They don't slip out either. Sure, others sleeves may be thicker and give more protection, but with the price difference, sometimes you can simply buy a whole new game! These are perfect for gloomhaven. The standard sleeves have slightly more "play" within the sleeve when testing a magic the gathering card in it. All around great value!

These are not premium card sleeves... BUT...
To start off with - these are not premium card sleeves, so if you are expecting Dragon Shield quality this ain't it. I would say they are better than penny sleeves, though. I was unsure whether to buy based on the reviews and the worst I can say about them is that they don't come in an amazing, box-art bedecked package solution. They are in a non-descript brown corrugated box with multiple packs of Standard and Euro sleeves in a protective... sleeve. I completed sleeving the entire game last night and had zero splits, the cards went in easily, and there is a 1 - 2 mm lip at the top of the card (which I prefer to protect the top of the card from finger dirt and corner bumps). The width is enough to fit snugly with no movement side to side. The sleeves were clean, with no scratches or film on them. The front and back separated easily for simple card insertion (so much so, that a complete novice was able to help sleeve cards - don't judge me! There are hundreds of cards!!) The sleeved cards sat in a pile easy enough, but there was some bottom puffing, so too many would make a pile go unstable (100+) - but broken down into the appropriate groups for the game had no issues of maintaining proper piles. There was a little slipping of card on card in a pile, but nothing crazy. Shuffling is not as easy as with a deluxe set of sleeves so some care needs to be taken but I didn't find it overly difficult to loose-hand shuffle. Hand snapping (first to last card, last to first card) is possible, but not as satisfying as with, say, a hand of dragon shield cards. Overall, there are enough sleeves to do the entire game with left overs for expansions and accidents. I am using the Folded Space Insert for Gloomhaven to organise my box and while some slots are tight, they took all the cards fully sleeved. For me, a "worth it" product for outcome and pricepoint.

You get MORE than what you pay for...
*Update* My game finally arrived and these sleeves have been great. Perfect fit for Gloomhaven (quantity and consistent sizes), and I'm most likely going to order another set for other games (can't beat that price on the smaller sleeves alone). */Update* I'm cheap... yet paranoid about my stuff... not a good combination. I've resigned myself to sleeving a lot of my games, but I'm perfectly happy with penny sleeves for the most part. I've been using the Ultra Pro card sleeves that I was able to order from Walmart (under $9 something for 1,000 sleeves plus something like 20 top loaders, which I didn't need, but the price is good enough for the sleeves alone). Now I've got Gloomhaven coming in a couple of months, but (unfortunately) a good portion of the shuffling seems to occur on the mini-euro sized cards... I hadn't found a cheap alternative for sleeving these cards (usually between $1.50 and $2.00 for 50, or $30-$40 for just that part of the game), until I stumbled upon this listing. I was obviously skeptical, but was ultimately pleasantly surprised when the product arrived. I spot checked the counts on individual bags (coming up with 99-101 every time... it's possible (likely?) I miscounted, but regardless, each bag was close enough). I'm still waiting on my 2nd Kickstarter Gloomhaven, but did check the fit on similar sized cards. The mini sleeves seem an excellent fit on Castles of Burgundy the Card Game, and that was worth the price of admission right there. The "regular" size sleeves, though, were a much nicer (tighter) fit than I'm used to with my normal "penny" sleeves. Keep in mind my expectations, but in all honesty, I received a higher quality product than I "need"ed, for less than half the amount I would have spent elsewhere. Now I'm REALLY ready for Gloomhaven to arrive (I've got my Plano boxes labelled and ready, extra sheets and stickers printed, and rules read multiple times). Can't wait for September... or is it October now? (Hopefully that's the latest).

"Sticky" matte finish / time-consuming to sleeve / great value
I have now sleeved various Gloomhaven cards with three different sleeve types: Ultra Pro deck protectors, LaCTG sleeves and these Dephia sleeves. The Ultra Pro sleeves are the highest quality. Every single standard card in every single game I've ever tried them on fit into every single sleeve perfectly. But... they are also very thick and very slippery. I would honestly just invest in these for collectible cards. The LaCTG sleeves are a step up from penny sleeves. They differ from the Dephia sleeves in that they have a more slippery surface. This makes cards sleeved in them easier to shuffle than the Dephia sleeves, which have a very matte, almost sticky finish. The finish / texture on the Dephia sleeves is nice for holding cards in your hand, though. They are also the thinnest of the bunch, which is good for storage. The Dephia sleeves are, though, a very tight fit for Gloomhaven cards. Some of the LaCTG sleeves also have this problem. I'm not sure if it's a manufacturing issue or that Gloomhaven sleeves are cut slightly larger than other games. I used the Dephia sleeves on Dead of Winter and the cards went in much more smoothly and easily. [Update: I sleeved some of the Roll Player alignment cards with the mini sleeves and they went in with no problem. So it's the Gloomhaven cards that are cut slightly larger than other games that make these sleeves a tight fit] The bottom line is that these sleeves are fine and a great value, but will take some work to put on Gloomhaven cards. And there will just be some that you can't use (don't do what I did and throw them out - they'll work on other games). If you really can't stand sleeving, you might just use these for the minis and get different sleeves for the standard-sized cards. But if you have the patience, these will save you a lot of money.

Reasonable price and satisfactory quality for Gloomhaven cards
As the product title states, these sleeves are a good fit for the Gloomhaven board game. It contains large sleeves (normal playing card size) for character cards, event cards, and random dungeon cards, and mini-card sleeves for item cards, hit cards, and such. See my images for their fit on both the standard and mini cards. I have purchased other penny sleeves before; this product differs from those sleeves in two ways: First, these are a much tighter fit. The cards do not slid out of the sleeves and there are no gaps once they are placed inside the sleeves. Another reviewer claims that these sleeves were too tight, but that had not been my experience. Every single sleeve has fit snuggly but easily. Second, these sleeves seem to be made of an anti-slip plastic. Unllike my other card sleeves, these sleeves have a slight cling that keeps them from tumbling over when placed in a stack; this is actually quite useful. They do not shuffle quite as smoothly as my other sleeves, but they also do not spill out over the table when set down. I recommend this set of sleeves to any Gloomhaven owner. The price is reasonable, and the quality is satisfactory.

Great bundle!
So first off, I will say that these are not very high quality sleeves. They're not comparable to any of the high end sleeves out there. That said, these are quite literally penny sleeves and they are some of the best sleeves anywhere near this price point. The cards fit inside snug but not too tight. The sleeve extends just a couple mm beyond the edge of the card so they are fully protected in it. The sleeves have a slight stick to them, so they do not slide all over the place, which is an issue you might have with many other low cost sleeves. You also get more sleeves than you need to actually sleeve all of Gloomhaven so if any of them are split or if you damage any, there are plenty more to use as replacements. For anybody looking to quickly sleeve Gloomhaven, or any other large number of cards at an affordable cost, this is definitely the way to go.

Good quality sleeves at a discount!
I just bought these for my copy of Gloomhaven. When you buy these, you are basically buying in bulk and getting the savings appropriately. No fancy packaging or marketing, just packs of sleeves ina. brown cardboard box. There are more than enough sleeves for all the cards in the game, and I plan on sleeving all the regular and euro sized cards. My wife and I spent an evening putting sleeves on everything available right out of the box (e.g not locked character ability or modifier cards), and only two ripped. Not bad for sleeving over 1000 cards! They also don't have any visible streaks or flaws that might obstruct the card faces. The regular sized sleeves are a bit too tall, but that's not really a concern. Shuffling them feels fine as long as I hold the cards long-ways, and the ability cards rarely get shuffled anyway. Really, you can't beat the price for these. The Frosthaven Kickstarter has a sleeve pack similar to this, but for $40.00 (plus shipping). So, for about $25, this was an obvious choice.

"...all your cards while playing in Gloomhaven have Shield 1."
Reason of purchase: To add a layer of protection for all the cards in a table top RPG board game (Gloomhaven specifically) that had both commonly standard American sized playing cards & the less common mini European sized playing cards. Pros: Card sleeves have some of a hardness to them, I'd almost call them card shields vs. sleeves. while they are labeled "penny" sleeves by most, I actually prefer they that that hardness to them. It's almost like having a lower level version of Ultra Pro sleeves but without the hologram. Most penny sleeves are slightly over sized & soft like a plastic bag. These fit both sized cards very snug. For the price, you can't beat it. While standard sized sleeves (2.5 x 3.5) can be purchased for very very cheap and in high quantity, the mini sleeves ( 44mm x 68mm) not so much. For that reason alone, the 1000 mini sleeves makes this purchase well worth it. Cons: Nothing I can even nitpick, these cards sleeves don't even smell funny...Not finding out sooner maybe? Packaging: all card sleeves arrived in their own individual 100 ct. plastic baggie. 20 packs in all (10/10), and as far as I can tell I have the complete 2000. I'll know when I'm done sleeving 1702 cards. I've sleeved roughly 800 cards so far and have not experienced any rips or snags, I'm also very careful so that likely helps. It arrived as scheduled in a non descript brown box. All card sleeves in their packs were not bent or folded in any way. Verdict: 2000 card sleeves for around $25, non nonsense, you get what you pay for + more than if you were to buy it from a hobby store or anywhere else online for this quantity. Would I buy it again? Heck yes I would...hopefully I won't need to though because I'll still have a few hundred sleeves left over from my original need.
