Yes, it's effectiveness on mice is not as good as you would think though, some mice are very intelligent and will not go near them. I like the glue traps because they also catch brown recluse spiders and crickets.

Is the glue in this stronger than the white Catchmaster traps? Those didn’t work at all for me; didn’t catch any mice.

I've been using these traps for years. The glue is so strong, if you touch it by mistake you'll get good and stuck, too. It'll catch any bug or mouse within touching distance.

What do you use to pick up the glue tray with the mouse stuck to it ?

This is totally personal preference. Sometimes the mouse is dead when you find it, sometimes it's not. I would not put it anywhere that another animal or child could get to. If it's already dead, no problem, just throw it in the trash you are taking out. If it's not dead you choose what bothers you the least and make it quick or out of site. Either way, anything that touches the glue will get stuck to it and you'll need goo be gone to get it off efficiently. These are the most effective mouse traps I've used. I paid an extermination company a lot of money and they caught zero mice. I bought a bunch of these traps and put them in the mouse running paths and caught all of them. Hope this helps.
