£271 at time of review Insta360 ONE RS 4KI was going to purchase the complete "Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch Leica 360" for £812, but instead went for the upgrade at £660 then purchased this "Insta360 ONE RS 4K Edition Get-Set Kit" for £271, which cost £119 more than the stand alone “Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch Leica 360”, but this meant I got the 4K lens, mounting case, battery pack, selfie stick plus 64G SD card.If you’re interested in 360 upgrade check it here… Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch Leica 360https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0B59JV9VPI’ve used the camera mostly with the large 1 inch sensor 360 lens, but this weekend I finally got to take it out for a bike ride in it’s action camera set up. I recorded 4 x 30 min clips whilst on a bike ride using the 4K camera with the landscape battery pack and I didn’t have any issues, so whether this is down to the fast micro SD card I’m using, or the latest firmware update I don’t know, but I have had NO OVER HEATING ISSUES (unlike some other users). Also worth noting whilst filming I was using the camera standalone, it was not connected to my mobile phone.I’ve not owned and action camera before so can’t compare it to a go pro etc, but as an add on to my 360º set up and the flexibility the RS system it was a non brainer for me. It’s not perfect though, the SD card & USB-C cover is a piece of rubber that will undoubtedly get lost at some point (plus is needs to be removed anyway if you use this with the vertical 1 inch 360 module, so that’s not a great bit of design, plus when you remove the lens or go from the twin pack the connections on the bottom of the lens & battery modules are left exposed! Product was well packaged and delivered quickly.. easy to put together and set up.. worked a little better than expected in low light as long as you use manual settings… learning the app is a bit of a learning curve but I’m getting to know it slowly I'm more used to power director or capcut… the battery life isn’t very long.. I got around 38 mins with pretty much everything set to off such as screen off while recording.. voice command off.. lights to let you know your recording etc all set to off to save battery… recorded with various settings and frame rates etc.. all in all the camera itself is pretty good.. 👍🏻 I will be taking it on a winter camp.. possibly next week to see if it’s useable for making vids with 🙌🏻 will let you know when we give it a full trial “Mancsgonewild” 🫶🏻

Camera is awesome, moving away from GoPro brand and finding equal or better alternatives.App that comes with camera is very easy to use and to edit videos.Would recommend to anyone wanting a quality camera without paying silly money

As mentioned, this thing is awesome!I've used this camera to film lots of POV footage for my youtube channel. Once you learn how to use it, it does not let you down. Way better than a go pro for sure!

I bought this camera expecting it to be decent. So far it has crashed almost every time I've tried to video anything, it becomes unresponsive and I have to take out the battery. The next time I switch it on it says error during last video and offers to repair, this is hit and miss and 50% of my videos are gone. It's so slow and unresponsive after a video even when it does work.It has the latest software and was updated when I received it. I have also tried multiple SD cards to rule that out.Trust me, don't waste your money on this terrible camera and get a GoPro.When I get back from holiday this waste of money is going backSomeone suggested keeping the screen and camera the same way and thought it had fixed the issue, sadly not. It's still getting very hot and crashing on almost every other use. This has to be a faulty unit because they company would be bust if their kit is this bad.

Larger than some action cameras but better results.
